Very disappointed that the last few times ive been trying to call and there is no answer. i have spent over 45 min trying to call today and about 30 min trying to cal 2 days ago . What is going on in the office for nobody to be answering the phone?

TERRIBLE experience trying to become their customer... We were given an appointment (and appointment card) for an 8am meeting this morning at our new construction. I was out there for 45 minutes with our contractor and no one showed. When I tried calling them I could only get a call center in New York who also couldn't get through to the local office. I eventually left and went by their office. Everyone was in a meeting, but I kept knocking. Someone finally came to the door and when I told him the issue he said that Greg didn't even start until 8am so why would he meet us at 8am. Very dismissive. My dad finally got a call from Greg at 9:30 and when my dad told him that I tried to meet him he said he was in a safety meeting that he couldn't get out of. Also, very dismissive and flat rude. So much so that he hung on my dad - an 86 year old man who's currently in the hospital. We are definitely taking our business elsewhere. If this is how they treat potential customers I can only imagine how they treat clients locked into a contract.Their slogan is to expect more from your propane supplier... We were expecting the bare minimum and still got let down. Customers beware.

I was given several “referrals” from neighbors and others to get propane service. The problem with using propane for a back up generator is that you have to buy your own tank for $1500 or more and then have the propane delivered. A friend of mine used to work for Suburban, so I called. I was very impressed and am able to rent the tank for $140 a year and they will deliver the propane. It’s the same or cheaper than the small companies and they have 24-7 customer service. The small companies can’t do that or are busy with their other customers when you need help I’m happy with Suburban, their customer service, speed in getting me set up and all around

Today we had to replace our tank and had a new one brought in. The long-time employee Greg arrived. And displayed Professionalism And customer service was so exceptional. And he went above and beyond. And we couldn't as. For a better propane guy. Thanks Greg! Suburban, Give that guy a big fat bonus. He is doing his job so well that we don't want anybody else to come out here but him. Sincerely, Chris and Angie.

I decided to change propane vendor's because Suburban was charging way to much for propane.and I called to have Suburban to come get the tank no one told me that there's a disconnect and pick up fee I was surprised to get a bill for 162.00This is the worst propane provider. Don't use suburban

A nightmare! Delivered 800 bucks when not authorized, Attempts to lower price IF I Renew contract, Price per gallon changes based on person you are speaking too.THEY KEEP BASICALLY SAYING CONTRACT WHICH THEY FOUND OUT TO LATE OUR AREEMENT EXPIRED THANK GOODNESS..Stay away or get ripped off...They are a big corporation stay local

Completely missed the first promised delivery time/date and was not proactive in communicating this information to me. Otherwise service was satisfactory, although I would have appreciated an indication somewhere (like on the receipt) of the percentages in the tank at the start and end of the fill.
