Used to be a good bank until they changed their hours after Covid. Horrible customer service. Definitely go to Chase across the street, save yourself the headaches that this branch provides.

I have been going to Raleys' since I was a child now 37. The retail checkers are nice & fantastic people.The pharmacy staff very nice & knowledgeable. Deli staff happy even during lunch rush. Occasionally you can see them dancing or singing baking all there fresh goodies which make my day. Tri Counties bank is fantastic they are friendly knowable & "**** it down' when I need them to. I hope Raley's the entire company never sells out. You hire people who are happy because there work environment is happy & they are treated as invaluable employees makes the store happy & money. Thank you Red Bluff California Rayley's employee's your the best dont ever change!!?

In the 7 1/2 yrs I have been banking here they have changed the amount of point of sales and daily minimum you have to keep before you lose 5 dollars to have somewhere to cash and deposit your check. I wish they stop changing it, if you are use to it and if you was a customer here already, that should be the way it is before you change it, information would be helpful, way in advance. I chose to bank here because the staff and accounts was like my bank I utilized before moving here. Plus my mom is a customer here.

I love the service at Tri Counties Bank. They are one of the few banks left that has a purpose of service instead of a purpose of just following the rules like all the national banks. Julie Curl the manager has been such a great help to me and has saved me a few times when I forgot to print a statement. I recommend Tri Counties and the Red Bluff location!

I love the service at Tri Counties. They have an old fashioned style of having the purpose of serving the customer. Most big banks these days are all about following rules and forget that they are in customer service. I recommend Tri Counties Bank and the Red Bluff location!

If i could I would put 0 stars very unprofessional my fiancee went to change his check and the manager there a guy gave him soooo much attitude saying he couldn't cash his check because it was too much money then proceeded to say how he had to pay a fee and all when my fiance called again to say if he could cancel his account he answered and gave him more attitude almost made me want to go in there and give him a bit of my opinion of how rude and unprofessional glad I chose wells fargo rather them tri countries!

I have been banking with Tri Counties Bank since 1999. It was my grandmothers choice in banks in the town of Red Bluff, so I went there when I opened a checking account. I have had all types of experiences with them, most of them have been very satisfactory... and the good definitely outweighs the bad. I have never had a teller be impolite or rude and understand that rotation of tellers does happen. They went above and beyond when my sons account got hacked. When I get asked what bank a person should use, I always suggest Tri Counties ... as I have yet to have any problems others have had at other banks.
