They always have trucks/trailers available but the customer service is horrible and they usually only have 1 person working the Inside so bring a lunch it's going to take awhile..

The gentleman, Ethan, was a pleasure to work with. He was friendly, considerate and extremely competent. Even though, at the time I was there, Ethan was by himself, he served multiple customers quickly and efficiently. It’s a rarity now a days to find an employee as dedicated as Ethan.

I was charged several times took over and hour to finish paperwork and trailer was not properly connected by staff and came off on freeway broke all my things and could have killed my family

They keep raising the rent and saying they’re making things better. It literally always looks the same. The rent increases but I have not received any benefits of the increase as far as I can tell.

The gentleman who helped us when we picked up the equipment was a godsend. We were stuck in a tight position that left this location as our last chance. The previous U-Haul location employees were very unkind and cold toward us, despite the error not being our fault. This young man had such patience and was able to help us with getting the equipment. To the manager of this employee, hold onto him!!! He deserves recognition for his customer service and support. If I lived locally, I would recommend this location phenomenally.

This place supplies all your needs for moving and renting trucks and trailers to move your household items including boxes and other items needed as well as propane filling but the employees are not very helpful and they are both absent minded and some are rude to customers as I was treated badly upon entering the driveway entrance they left rental trucks sitting the driveway with the doors open created a hazard for me to park at their office store they was walking about and don't acknowledge that they were creating a hazard and as I got to the one handicap spot I asked one employees to close the unattended truck door it was a hazard and made it difficult to get to the customers area and he just ignored me and walked in ahead of me and sat down at the counter as I approached that counter to make my purchase of packing tape he offered no assistance rang up my purchase and I asked why he ignored me in the paking lot he said nothing so I let it go got items at the counter and paid asked for a bag to carry out the 6 large roles of tape he just you can buy one and offerd a canvase bag for sale for 3 or 4 dollars to carry my tape out so I picked them up and had to walk withOut the use of my cane toy vehicle as I approached my truck he said oh can I help you like it was a joke then went over and slammed the door on the rental truck that was still open the whole tim e I was in the store so I could leave I was not happy as a disabled person to be treated so badly

BadDishonest hook. Advertisement said $19.99 a day. It was $120 for one day after hidden fees.1 hour long check out. But It was my bad for choosing Friday cuz that’s when they update their system.Unreasonable rate. They charge over $1 per mile. That’s bologna.Stinkiest truck I’ve ever had the displeasure of renting.Please don’t go here. You’ll regret it

At the Red Bluff location? nothing at all. The General Manager is very approachable, friendly, and loves to laugh! I have dealt with them for over three years now. And I can say that there is no other U-Haul store I have utilized like these guys. If I lived out of town, I would come to Red Bluff for my U-Haul needs! That is how much I appreciate these guys!Thank you Rhett! You are ROCKIN that place!Casey Pearce.

Id of gave zero stars but it wouldn't let me....If you plan on using this storage facility plan on getting screwed....This place is a joke they don't answer the phone pretty much any time you call the call transfers to the 800 number which is somewhere else and you can't pay for the storage if you're late at all to the 800 people and then the 800 people tell you they will have them call you which has never once happened and im talking years worth.....then they charge you a late fee which takes a month sometimes to get ahold of these people....basically what it boils down to is every person that has anything to do with this palce is shit what a better way yo charge late fees than to just not answer the phone and let the 800 number be a messaging service so they can pick and choose who they call back or deal with and then charging late fees.....then on top of that if you're late 6 times they can then raise your rent how fucking convenient for them when all they had to do was simply answer their own phone during business hours and when you don't live anywhere near there you are screwed so unless you can get down there monthly and pay do not use this place! we can't be the only people experiencing this with this place its quite a racket they got going on.....

They need to maintain the equipment better, but mostly the attitude of the General Manager leaves a LOT to be desired. He clearly feels he's smarter and better than everyone else. Then there was the 40 minute wait, when I returned the car dolly, for anyone to come out and disconnect the dolly from my truck.If I need to rent anything in the future, I'll be going to a different location, or a different company entirely.

Absolutely the most ANNOYING and rude mfs I’ve met at a U-haul. I was polite and just tried to rent a van from them. They said, “we are seeing a lot of red flags” they also had rude facial gestures. The manager was the biggest Richard cranium in the building. I’ll go to Corning next time. They want customers and treat them with mutual respect.

I recently rented a truck from uhaul for the first time, to move some house furniture. I had used the app to make an online reservation which was easy and convenient. U-Hauls staff was very friendly when picking up the truck. I would encourage others to try uhaul if they need a truck to move. Affordable pricing as well.

I am writing this in respect to the general availability of labor this time of the pandemic. There was 2 people there and I was 2nd in line and there were only limited the experienced workers evidently. What I'm trying to say is the service was relatively poor and slow to check in and while everything seemed well stocked clean and orderly the workers were struggling to keep up with 3 customers. I have used a few different u-haul companies in my lifetime and the ones in Redding are superior to the Red Bluff one I visited today. I guess if the employee starts to show stress trying to work with one customer, and unable to clearly communicate that he will be with us shortly, then the stress spills over on to us.
