I asked for two stamps the post office lady rang me up for first class. ( this isn’t what I asked for ) i don’t need tracking for an envelope that’s only going to red bluff. Post office employees should listen to customers and ring them up as they request not what the post office employee feels like.

This is the friendliest post office. They are always helpful no matter the issue. I go in often to send all kinds of cards to my friends. We all live getting good letters in the mail.

I get many packages sent through this Post Office to my address across country and have had them get stuck or not scanned correctly? Not sure of the exact issue but they always seem to hit a snag there and even the main service offices cant help with the issues.

Very slow and unreliable..I went to get my sisters mail ,they just recently moved to red bluff , and I stood in line for over 30 minutes. The postal worker that was behind the counter was so busy chatting with a lady that he left all the rest of the customers standing and waiting. There is also a mail carrier , (Paula or Pauline )something like that who is just downright rude to people. I'm certainly glad I don't live here ,,not the only business with rude customer service

I give the clerks and the other employees 5- stars. I understand that "today", they only hire little as possible, and most of them at the counter are NOT full time clerks, and have other tasks to perform.But!! I give 1 - star for how disgustingly dirty the place is inside and out. Mostly due to the fact, they never hired a replacement custodian for the one that passed away. But still, there should be some pride in the Federal building.

I had to wait in a line but that's okay. Great customer service and very friendly staff. This is the only place I go for all my postal needs, even stamps

This is a really nice Post office! They even pick up packages, I needed to get picked up by my fence.The people are very friendly!?.
