With the amount of traveling I do, I needed a bank that has a lot of locations and ATMs all over the state and other states as well. Well's seemed like a good choice from what I hear from other people, better than B of A as their bank teller service is not so good with long lines. This branch of Wells has been fine. I don't go in for teller services much, but when I do, like someone actually writes me a check to deposit, the service has been friendly and fine. All the ATMs I've been to seem to work fine and give me my money as requested. Tip: always count your cash in front of the camera, just in case you get shorted ... never happned but you never know.

After a late afternoon changing of officers for a club I am the treasurer for we went to Wells Fargo to change the officers on the checking account. Were told we would need an appointment which wasn't possible since all officers live in opposite ends of the state. The teller had Charles Sanders come talk to us. We explained that it was not possible for us to make an appointment since all of us would not be together for another year. Charles is a brokerage associate and doesn't deal with the checking part of Wells Fargo but he sat us down, made phone calls and got our business taken care of. Ran him into overtime but he was very gracious about the inconvenience. Really a great employee for taking the time to deal with our problem.

After an extremely frustrating experience with an ATM in Corning I went to this branch to get my problems worked out and I was immediately greeted by Ayran (hopefully I spelt it right) Who asked me if I needed any help and I explain to her my situation she was extremely helpful and considerate and even went above and beyond to look into my account and confirm that I had everything in order as it should. I must say I haven't met somebody who works for a banking institution especially one that is as large as Wells Fargo treat somebody with such concern and care. Highly appreciated and highly recommended. Please excuse the grammatical errors in a run-on sentence I'm using dictation on my phone.

Always a warm welcome inside this branch! My son needed help with his account and MANDY went out and beyond to assist him. In addition, she also showed him how to use all of the app's features including how to make an online check deposit. Excellent customer service! Thanks Mandy.

Love my bank!!! I misplaced my debit card so I came in to order a replacement thinking I would have to jump through hoops and wait to get the new card for 2 weeks BUT.... Logan was so great!!! Got me in and out in 10 minutes with a temporary debit card to use till my new permanent card comes in the mail!! HAPPY DANCE!!!$$

Illegally changed my direct deposit from my bank to theirs without my permission when I ask to see the paperwork authorizing the change they could not find it stay away from this bank

I have been coming to this Wells Fargo for over 10 years. The people in here are always nice and are always helpful when I have questions or problems. I only go in about once a month if I can help it, and that's only because I gotta take out the rent money. Otherwise, it's a very clean, professional atmosphere and the tellers and personal bankers are always greeting people with a smile.
