We finally moved out of a unit that we have had with Westside Mini Storage for 4 years. Justin and Dani have been so helpful throughout our entire process. They have let me stay in well after closing on occasions, helped cut off locks when I lost my keys, and even helped load some heavy items that I had a hard time unloading by myself. They have gone above and beyond customer service and I am grateful for their service. I highly recommend them to anyone needing storage in the Red Bluff area!

Units are extremely hot and full of spiders. No one is ever on site and takes multiple days to return phone calls. The gate has common issues not allowing you access your property. The women is extremely entitled and rude.

The lady at the front desk was not helpful at all.... matter of fact she came off as pleasant let me know she only had a 10x20 for 100$ my wife talked about it and decided that would work for us it's close to our apartment were getting evicted from so it was a kinda sprung on her.....but after I come back in and say so I'll take the 10x20 for 100$ she proceeds to like be surprised thatvo wanted that unit. So she tells me did you call i said no she goes I'm sorry I only rent from 9-11am I was in shock so your telling me now you don't want to rent me the unit ......yeah sorry I'm the only one here I'm thinking duh that's your job so you work at a storage facility and can't rent out units after 11 must be because she was so busy .....NOT!!!!!!! THANKS for noting.... so we're going to south main mini storage. Thlady there is there by herself and still manages to be a b le to rent . I'll make sure westside mini storage gets a bad reviewout units all day long wow what a shocker

I was considering renting a unit here but they are not open. They have a sign saying to call a number and they are open by appointment only. When you call the number no one answers and their website says call for availability and pricing. Poor business practices, people don’t have time for your runaround.

Speaking as a customer for over 20 years until present this mini storage facility is outstanding. I first put some items into storage with the grandparents of the couple running the place now. Thru the years Ive used a unit here as a spare room. I have been in and out of the state for the past 19 years and I am secure in knowing my belongings are safe.

This is an awesome storage facility, I am a newer customer and have seen employees on 2 separate occasions drive by. I know they are doing a check to make sure I belong. Prices are very competitive. They are also full, meaning no storage units available at any given time. For people to keep a storage facility full they have to be doing something right. Keep checking with them for units if you can get one you won't be disappointed.
