I've spent thousands of dollars here and been paying a monthly bill for over 3 years. Never once missed a payment. Recently my grandmother passed and I had to go out of state to tend to taking care of things for her. I missed a payment for 6 days and they showed up at my house. On camera you can see them banging on my door speaking foul things about me. I was shocked. Not to mention the harassing phone calls. Loyal customer my bottom.

Shitty customer service, don't bother going here. Andy told me he couldn't do shit for me when my box foundation broke but instead told me just paid off now and lease a new one.. mind you I only had it for 2-3 months..what a joke he is

Aaron's used to be a great place until Andy took over management. When Blanca and Ernie ran Aaron's it was a great place, and gave great customer service. Andy on the other hand I called. To pay a bill, and to have something returned. I was trying to explain as calmly and possible as I could to the new employee I didn't know she was new. She wasn't understanding so she transferred me to Andy and he wanted to pop off and saying I was yelling at her when I was talking calm. I have a loud voice when I talk normally. It's not my fault. But Andy decided to take and attitude with me, and yell at a customer. You don't yell at a customer! I'm sorry to tell you Andy you lost a long customer I've been dealing with Aaron's for over 15 years. You lost a customer man. You had one chance and you blew it big time! And now everyone knows what kind of a person you are! You have just ruined Aaron's I hope your bosses are happy with you cause you ain't the big boss! Sorry to tell you Andy you don't know who you're dealing with. I am a customer and I'm a customer who complains when I am treated like I don't matter! Sorry to say Aaron's is not what it used to be! Without Ernie and Blanca.

Laurie is absolutely rude and unprofessional Andy is a liar and Joe is also very unprofessional It says in the contract that they would take the furniture back if not wanted anymore well I have a brand new couch been trying to return it for 6 weeks and they won't come get it Please never use this company
