Very friendly and accommodating! Even though they didn't have what I needed (wrong size,) Tom checked stock in nearby stores, when that was unsuccessful he was able to point me in the right direction for what I was looking for. 10/10 recommend

I must of came on a bad day because from the cashier to the two male staff members, they didn’t want to assist. Completely unhelpful and also demeanor that they did not want to assist as well.

I was in the store today and I was almost in tears. I was trying to install a new toilet shutoff valve and was struggling with a compression nut. I had bought a tool but I learned how to use it from a video and it wouldn’t work. I3 days no water. I asked for the best plumber working. 2 men spent time with me and assured me I didn’t use it right. Thank God I listened because it is fixed, No leaks, and as a woman I feel really proud because it was one speed bump after another. What great customer service! I might have to come back in to hug them! I wish I caught their names because they really went above and beyond to help me. They never made me feel stupid or incapable. Thank you so much Ace Hardware!
