This place is incredible. We called with a big need with alot of confusion on what we needed exactly but Sam was so patient and kind over the phone and in person when we arrived! I give Sam a ten out of ten for customer service today! He deserves to be recognized! He made such a difference for my entire family with helping us find what we needed! Thank you Sam!

My wife went in to have two keys made before closing time of the store. It was about 10 minutes before close. She asked an employee for the keys to be made and was told that they don't do keys this close to closing. Then why was the store open? The next day I went in during the day and had the keys made, which took about a minute to do. It took less time than the walk from the key cutting machine to the check out.

Sincerely wish I could review the garden side and the hardware store side separately.
Garden side: the most helpful people you'll ever meet, funny, friendly, upbeat, no matter where you encounter employees they acknowledge you and make sure you're finding what you need.
Hardware store side: get ready to be judged at the door if you pass as a potential hardware store customer. I, apparently, do not, and was 100% ignored by employees. No greeting from cashiers, that's not a big deal because they were both busy when I walked in. Had an employee helping another customer almost bump into me and then stand directly in front of me in an aisle, blocking my way, with zero acknowledgement. I was looking at BBQ equipment (I wanted gloves, tongs, a charcoal chimney starter) and had multiple employees pass the aisle, look at me, and keep walking. Feeling a little cynical about the whole thing at this point, I walked around the store a bit just to see what would happen and had multiple employees look at me and then keep going. One asked somebody if they needed any help, the customer declined, and then they passed me, glanced, didn't say a word.
If I'd really wanted help, I would have asked -- that's not the point. I'd just like to be treated like other customers. And this isn't the first time it's happened to me. Kudos to the garden department for prioritizing customer service!

Not family friendly, the workers cuss loudly even when they know children are nearby. I emailed the store manager and didn’t receive a response. Would not recommend brining your children here.

If you can't find it at home Depot or Lowe's I almost can guarantee you , that you will find it at Ace... . Helpful,kind and courteous staff....

Got a great price on clearance paint, plus they mixed it for me. Paint ended up working out great and it was a great experience overall. Its a small store with big inventory, they always have what I need in a pinch

I got overcharged when rented equipment, stuff happens I understand but I had a contract with these people for around $80 and got charged $270 I’ve called countless people and have gone in. Just very unprofessional service, I’m worried if others aren’t getting deposits back or is it routine to just come up with crazy charges. I’ve tried contacting this store for over a month. I mean bad experience definitely won’t deal with them. VERY SUSPICIOUS BUSINESS PRACTICES
