I was looking for a quote for a laptop repair.First, I called Nerds On Call. They refused to answer any questions before harvesting my personal info. They then gave me a generic pricing policy, and wouldn't answer anything else.Then I called Advanced Concepts. No info harvesting, and they answered my questions. Just from a simple phone call, you can tell these are good people.

Long overdue Review since I’ve had my system around 10 months now.F131 Apex that cost over 10k. Super worried to spend that at first… Read on.Before I begin I don’t think I would have bought this system without that great help of Jordan Polite. His customer service was excellent at all levels. So Thank you Jordan.F131 Apex Loaded up. Auto paint is smooth as butter, get it. The system ships on a Crate, so you don’t have to worry about the Delivery guy throwing it around.Performance is as you’d expect from the latest and greatest. My Temps are what’s impressive to me. Everything is running very cool at max settings. No Throttling and very quiet under load. What I love most about the F131, because there are no Fans pulling in air… it stays super clean on the inside.All my future systems “will” be a Maingear. They even let me buy and send them some Be quiet “Light Wings” Fans to install over the ones on the site.I know it’s a big decision to spend this much on a system. But it’s really more than a system. It’s a beautiful, fast, perfectly built gaming computer that’s a joy to power up. And you hardly know it’s on when you’re gaming, so quiet!Edit.... They discontinued this model, sad since it's iconic. If they move away from the Apex Models and only sell those Ugly Shroud computers. I'll find another place for my next system.

After a long search for a particular charger, Kurt was able to help me find what I needed. He was very friendly and professional. He took his time to make sure the part I ordered was the correct one. I would absolutely recommend Advanced Concepts. Thanks for all the help!

Brought my laptop in to get a new screen. They said it would cost $150 just to take it apart to see if it was fixable. I was confident it was. They called and said it wasn't fixable, and changed the $150 for checking it out. After paying for it, I took it to someone else who fixed it perfectly for $100. Now it works great. I got ripped off.

Terrible. They said 55 to diagnose the problem and they're booked out a week and a half or for 150 I can be seen in a day. What a rip-off company.

i recently called advanced concepts. jim answered the phone. i told him i was looking for a ssd drive for my ps5. i also told him i looked everywhere and it was unavailable and he was my last shot . so he informed me he didn't have it and would look around. i said thanks . later that day he calls me and say man, you put me through the rabbit hole lol. i said i know , i couldn't find it either anywhere. so he asked if he could look around some more . of course i said yes. so a few days went by. i had to have a procedure done on my foot. as my gal and i were leaving heading back home i asked her to swing by advanced concepts. we walked into the store and who ever greeted us asked what we were looking for . i told him the story and he had no clue what i was talking about. he goes and talks to jim . jim comes out. we talk and he found my drive. now just waiting for my phone call to go get it . thank you jim. oh 1 more thing. my family takes all our computers to advanced concepts if we run into an issue we can't figure out. great company
