1310 Continental Street, Redding CA 96001
“They have the best customer service ever. They paid attention to my mom’s application and mine. After we got our applications submitted they just got rolling with communication, what they needed us to do, Jennifer and Desiree were awesome about everything. When my mom and I went in to drop off copies of my mom’s financial stuff, the girl at the front desk was happy to help us out. All smiles pretty much. If anyone’s looking for good rentals this is the property management to go through. They’ll take good care of you.”

“Lived here 2 years. Our manager is organized, runs things smoothly, is prompt with maintenance requests as well as the move out process. Landscaping and pest control were consistently well maintained. My only concern was people driving through fast at times and having 2 young kids. Otherwise we enjoyed this quiet townhome community.”
