Highly recommend Mad Mountain Wireless. Deb and her team are patient problem solvers who get you where you need to be. The attention to detail and kindness that my son and I experienced there when adding a new phone and line to our family plan was worth writing home about, and I don’t say that too often. Way to go Mad Mountain Wireless, Deb, and Team! You are rockstars!!

The staff in here is always top notch! Deb got our son onto his own plan and changed our family plan simultaneously while saving us a ton of $$. Cale was so friendly, knowledgeable and Funny! He applied a screen protector flawlessly. These folks great you like family.

The folks here will hook you up not only with a great phone, impeccable customer service, but peace of mind that when important minutes count, you can count on the reliability of First net… Don’t believe me check it out yourself! Go to Mad Mountain Wireless-Mt Shasta Facebook page, like it, and scroll to their posts, get the info first hand!Those of you in the first responder field know, first responders brains are wired differently and Debi Dean store owner and Manager Cale just get it, they’re personable, funny as hell, and they want to get you the best service plan and phone to meet the needs of your life and occupational needs as well.Seriously they are great!!! You will not regret!We’ve had Verizon for years ( like over a decade) and have had nothing but issues mainly with service , especially during peak hours!My kids can now do homework and search the internet for schooling, etc at an insane connection rate…There just aren’t words to describe how grateful I am for the Team at Mad Mountain Wireless!

I just cannot believe how I was treated for getting replacement phones and taking them into the store. How is the customer supposed to know that the store is not paid for getting phones online. I also came into the store to buy cases and screen protectors. Do the stores make any money. That's sad. I only wish it didn't take such a toll on their owners.

This store is amazing! It’s the only place I will go for my wireless services. It’s fast and the attention to the customer is second to none. Faith and Shawn are both amazing and will sit there and help you until you fully understand everything and make sure you are getting the best prices. I haven’t been many places where the customer service is this good. No joke, this is THE spot.

Had the best customer service I have ever had. Went in because my phone turned off and would not turn back on. Came into the store and was immediately welcomed in. Deb helped me within minutes. Told her what was going on and that I was advised I was available for an upgrade. Deb was so helpful, she helped me choose the iPhone 14 Plus as well as some accessories. We sat down and figured out what was wrong with my phone. After multiple attempts we got a phone to turn on. Deb was able to transfer my info from my old phone to my new phone. Deb took the time to make sure everything transferred and that my phone was all set up. Deb even made sure that my new phone was connected to my Apple Watch. Deb spent over an hour with me and I appreciate everything. I will definitely come back. Everyone in the store is great! Thank you so much! Deb is amazing!!

Had the BEST experience at the AT&T Store at 4641 Ste 2 Churn Creek in Redding 530-605-0037 across from Save Mart!! Sean is THE best! He is so knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. I had an issue that he never gave up on. He stayed positive the entire time. The owner, Deb, has the best interest of her customers. I would go here before I would ever go anywhere else! I didn't even purchase my phone here but they went above and beyond any normal customer service I have received in the past. These days customer service seems like a lost art but they provide it in spades! There is a another female that works there too who is knowledgeable also but I can't remember her name. It is located between Starbucks and Crumbl. Another reason to stop here! And it will be just across the road from the new Costco!

Had issues with trying to schedule a home appointment and could never get through on the phone to the call center. Amber took the problem over and it went much better. It felt like she was more on my side then ATT.

This is the only place to go to for anything AT\\u0026T. They are an authorized dealer, no difference from any other AT\\u0026T. Faster, better service and MORE discounts. Honestly, me and my 8 lines are going no where else.
