Matt at churn creek AT&T store performed outstanding with getting my wife n I transfered over to AT&T, answered all OUR questions we had, to include a few we didn't think of or about. Greatly appreciate ? having dealt with such an employee with high customer relational skills. It's greatly appreciated to have worked with someone so knowledgeable in what he does, it's too BAD NOT EVEVERYONE DOESEN"T TAKE AFTER MATT WITH HIS WORK ETHICS.

I tried to switch to my new phone last night, it synced but something with the SIM card wasn’t right. I was dreading going in to the store today, but we are going out of town in a few hours and I wanted to take the new phone.
I got there right at open, Zach unlocked the door and took care of me immediately. I was prepped for a long wait with my toddler, but Zach had it handled in literally five minutes. Zach- I love you, thank you so much.

My boyfriend and I went in to upgrade our phones and start a new phone plan, Matt and Charlie were wonderful with helping and explaining how everything worked and what certain things meant, i highly recommend this location to anyone looking to switch to Att or need help with there account:)

The same day I learned of a death in my family, my phone broke and was completely unusable. I had service with AT&T and called to see if they could help. Indeed they did. They understood the need for a quick fix so I could stay in contact with my family. I was eligible for an upgrade and I got it at a fantastic price.
Better than that was the exceptional customer service. Zach was very kind and knowledgeable about the products they offered, and he and the owner Debbie stayed long after closing to get me set up with a new phone. Zach worked hard to ensure all my apps and data were transferred, even though the previous phone was broken.
Appreciation is not a strong enough word to describe how I feel about my interactions with Zach and Debbie. They cared, they helped, and they gave generously of their off-hours time. Because of their old-fashioned customer care, I am loyal to AT&T. Thank you, Zach and Deb!
