We were so pleased with our experience at Avalon Storage in Redding, CA. The price is incredibly reasonable for the size unit we had, and the whole facility is spotless. You can tell they take great pride in keeping everything clean and well-maintained. The location is super convenient, making it easy to get in and out whenever we need to and hop on and off the freeway.
A special shoutout to Tina and Teresa, who were both absolutely wonderful! They were so friendly, helpful, and accommodating from start to finish; they made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find customer service this good anymore!
If you’re looking for clean, affordable, and convenient storage with truly amazing staff, Avalon Storage is the place to go. Highly recommended!

From the moment we first stopped by Avalon Storage in Redding, Tina and Teresa made us feel completely welcome. They were so kind, helpful, and patient... truly going above and beyond to make sure we got the perfect storage unit for our needs.
Our unit is just the right size, the price is very fair, and the whole place is spotless and easy to access. You can tell they really care about keeping the facility clean, safe, and well-run.
It’s not often you find great people and great service in one place, but that’s exactly what you get here. We are thrilled with our experience and highly recommend Avalon Storage!

Of the many storage garages I've had in CA and WA Avalon Storage is the best!
The facility is top notch, both because it is relatively recent construction, but also because it is well thought out... What makes Avalon truly excellent is the staff though: very helpful and genuinely caring people!

Avalon Storage was a great place to store the 400+ boxes we needed to store. Always easy to access, unit was clean with no rodent or bug issues, and staff was amazing.
