I have worked with many firms in this field... I have to say people like Doug who give the right advice to customers makes this firm a class apart! Big projects or small - its a pleasure working with Doug/ Danny and team!So far their prices have provided value for money spent. I hope that remains the same unlike many others in Shasta county that are out to fleece you!

Service and human contact for that service is what I look for as big companies make it so hard/impossible to reach an actual person. Wish I had tried them sooner; so much time I could have added to my life! Absolutely know what they are doing and easy to get ahold of. Ten stars.

I was having trouble with the satellite system in my RV. I brought the RV to B and T Satellite and Doug took care of the problem pronto. Great service and friendly people. I highly recommend B and T Satellite.

What a treat dealing with Doug. Very professional and knowledgeable. He is my go-to guy for all tv and entertainment related issues hence forth. Dan in the office was very good as well. They had my new Dish service and motor home Wally set up and running in short order. do yourself a favor. call these guys.

We had Doug come out to put a new direct tv system in our motor home and he was fantastic. He was so professional and even went to the store and bought the new TV to go in our coach. He was not going to leave till all our tvs (3) we're working. He came to our home and right on time. I've called him a couple times to ask a couple questions and has helped me everytime. Very reasonable priced and covers all the work he does. I woukd absolutely recommend him to anyone for home or RV. Thanks Doug, your tge man

I recently had a dish technician out to fix my dish system that never seemed to work right also the signal that I received from the dish never really seemed clear comes to find out the technician from B&T took parts from my old direct TV satilite and dishes satilite to make my satilite this is what the dish tech discovered so I do not recommend B& T I wouldn't trust the technician after this

Very knowledgeable, informative and professional. Able to answer questions we didn't know we had, showed us features that we never accessed. Called customer service for us... Doug really went above and beyond. Referred him to our parents to get their dish hopper upgraded and for the tutorial, really. Will definitely use him for all of our future needs!!

Decided to dump Direct TV and go to Dish to save $50/ month for 2 years for identical programing (Direct offed to match but only for one year). A friend said don't call Dish Directly - call B&T Satellite who he had used. What a great recommendation~! First no freegin phone tree and talking to someone in gawd knows where. The folks at B&T scheduled an appointment for a day after I called them. They arrived 5 minutes early and and were done in an hour, including the time they spent walking us through everything. And as an added benefit the picture quality is significantly better than with Direct TV (apparently Dish has newer equipment compared to Direct). Bottom line quality folks that did a great job and you get to speak to someone locally about any issues~!
