I was going to one of the young men that works there I even followed him from a different salon he had done such a good job but the last 4-5 times I went he was on his phone Let it be known I give him $15 for a $35 fill and the same for a pedi which doesn’t involve the massages just scrub and paint. He did such a horrible job on my feet that I said something during but he acted let he didn’t understand so when it came time to pay I told him I was vey unhappy with the bottoms of my feet he acted like I was a villain one of the other men told him exactly what I was saying. And he got so mad I didn’t give him any tip and it would have been $40 just for the tip So I’m gonna try someone else that appreciates and values a good tip.

Atmosphere:cluttered, unkept, and not the least restful. “Churn em out” feeling.
Pedicure: perfunctory, “server” read and answered a text during my pedicure. “Going through the motions”. Ie: 30 second foot scrub!
Regular Manicure with just clear polish: cuticle remover used on only one hand, no hand and arm massage at all. Only one layer of clear polish. My fingers are all suffering from hang nails now.
All of this for $60. Overpriced and a disappointment. NEVER going back!

I came into the salon, wanting a cute non-complicated design And she would not do them for me So why did gel nails and she picked the wrong color! it looks like she just slathered it all over my nails and I have gel all over my fingers I wanted a cute flower on my finger, but she just dotted some white dots on my finger and my finger look like a mushroom! She Kept grabbing my hands and ripping them toward her

Horrible customer service! Was yelled at literally, by some worker because I wanted to change the color on my nail, after he did one stroke on my pinky!!! Color did not match!!!! So disappointed with this place! And yes, the workers do come by you and laugh and talk about you! It was obvious!!!! Started to go to this place, for a bit, but will never ever go back! It’s not like there isn’t one every two miles! Don’t waste your time or money here!!!!!!

I went here to get my nails done the first time they did amazing then went back to get them redone they did awful job the guy that did them was rushing to finish them NOT EVEN A WEEK LATER! my nails are chipping and falling off when i barely touch anything if you want to get ur nails done i wouldn’t recommend going to them since they’re gonna rush them i left with nail polish still on my fingers they did a bad job paid $40 for them

Was in town visiting family went and got a manicure, what a joke, terrible service and that was not a mani, soaked my fingers in cold water and that was it and expected full price and a tip. Do not recommend this place at all!

My daughter and I came to get our nails done. We didn't make an appointment but walked in. I let them know we need two full sets. They had us sit down and we picked our colors. One of the gentlemen did my daughters nails and he did a great job! I loved that he even measured the nails against each other after he cut them to make sure they were even. The owner did my nails exactly like the picture shown! I live this place. They do take cards but if you want to tip, bring cash! I recommend Bella Nails to everyone!

I just moved here from Washington and was going to find a new nail salon to be my regular spot. I went in last week for a full set pink & white ombré. The service was fine but the next day a nail was lifting. I went in to get a pedicure and get that nail fixed. I expected them to fully remove it and redo but they just put some glue on it. My pedicure was good so that’s why I’m adding a star. The next day ANOTHER nail was lifting. I went in to get it fixed and this time they took that nail off and fixed it. They also applied top coat to my other nails which for some reason peeled off later that night. 2 days later and I have 3 nails all lifting and one popped off (the one that fully popped off was the one they originally just squirted some glue under— no surprise there lol) I went in AGAIN to get it fixed and they charged me $15. I am not mad they charged me but after paying so much for my nails and I didn’t even get a couple days without some coming off— just seems ridiculous. I guess I would have been more happy if they just gave me a discount on a whole new set? Now I have a bunch of nails growing out in different lengths.
I’ve been getting my nails done over 8 years consistently and I’ve never had any come off that quickly.
UPDATE: just 3 days after getting my nails fixed — one of them lifted AGAIN ??♀️

Very disappointed, we had 3 pedicures and 2 full sets. All of the services were hour+ after appointment times. Pedis were not great and were 80/piece, full sets were sloppy messes, and were $80/piece.

bad service and very unprofessional. these are my sisters nails, which were a fill and costed 45 DOLLARS — there are no prices posted in the building. we were instructed by the nail tech to check the prices online, which we did and it stated that fills were 30 dollars with an additional 5 dollar charge for french tips. which would’ve made the outcome 35 dollars. it is outrageous that they charged us an extra 10 dollars for nails that they did horribly on. my friend, who was with us, got a full set done and it took less time than the fill. her nails are crooked, she was cut, and the paint job is horrendous. the nail techs are also incredibly unprofessional, talking in a language we are not able to understand and laughing, making us have the right to believe that they are talking bad about us and/or our nails. will not be going back!
