My husband and I have stored home and business stuff here for 4 years. The service has been absolutely terrific and Hassle-Free. The grounds are always clean and secure. I love Anne and her 2 puppers. She is possibly the best storage manager I have ever encountered.

I was so impressed with the service I received above and beyond. Both Debra & Jeff know what good customer service means. Unable to meet the office time for a Sat. 12/23 she cleared my late arrival with the boss. Jeff came down and opened up the office and registered me so I could unload my belongings. After loading and driving 100+ miles,plus an hour or more late I'd GIVE THEM A TEN !. LAST... great deal, clean, secure nice facility. XMAS THANKS.

My stuff got stolen out of the climate controlled storage. They have a open top. I saw another person had trouble with them. But it has been remove. Make sure you take pictures and write down a item list. Take pictures in all directions and as your putting them in. I had boxes opened. Just beware. Check it out once and a while.

No rating because they don't deserve one. I had climate control and the climate control units have a wire opening at the top. I had things stolen out of my storage unit. I highly don't recommend this company. Make sure you take pictures and write a list of things you put in there. Pictures are important. Every time you move or change things always take pictures. I had many things disappeared from there. I recommend the White House storage off of 273. They don't have climate control. But the lady is wonderful. Great rates also. I had to put one star in to post the review. Otherwise I wouldn't of post anything.
