“Me and the wife (we are much different in height and weight) rented 2 bikes from here. They asked about our heights on the phone and our bikes were adjusted perfectly for us when we arrived.
The staff is super friendly, and knowledgeable. They gave us pointers and made sure we were safe, they even said if we have any issues, call them and they'll come to us and help. What more can anyone ask for??
As for bike quality? It was amazing. I have spinal arthritis and degenerative disc disease. After an almost 9 mile ride, I have zero pain.
This is a quality company that has quality merchandise.
The only "down side" is, we fell in love with this hobby and the service they provided. Which means we will spend all of our money here !!”

“Great shop! Had a derailleur problem while riding the Sacramento River Trail. I called the shop and he said bring it in. Fixed a split chain link on the spot. Extra special as I’m passing through Redding on my way to a wine country tour”
