I have used at least 5 different. BIDRLs and by far the Redding BIDRL is the best , they take pride in making sure that they’re accurate in description of what you’re bidding on. That being said this is an auction site and everything is not new so there is always a chance something might be missing pieces or have some damage. They by far take more time with each item showing all pieces and parts in pictures than any other BIDRL that I’ve used. This is a very busy place and if you schedule a pick up time there is very little wait times. If you just show up there a chance you might have to wait but I’ve always multiple items to pick up and even with out an appointment have never had to wait more then about 20mins. The owner takes pride in customer service and always goes above and beyond for their customers.

Poor customer service and unreceptive to customer concerns and feedback. While correcting a mistake by the staff I inquired about my item.The staff gave me the wrong item. While returning, to correct their error, I asked if it was used as the item description did not indicate that. When looking at the item after pickup I advised the owner that the microwave was dirty inside and wanted it noted . The response was met with defensiveness poor customer service and definitely no corrective resolution. I was met with “we’ve been in business for thirteen years “ ? They don’t have time to clean and a very unprofessional end of the discussion. Basically advising me a paying customer that maybe bidding is not for me. Very dismissive in nature. I’m sorry when did years of service override professional and courtesy customer service. The value businesses place on customers speaks volumes. The business culture is demonstrative in the way they treat their customers. Also, a business inability to take constructive criticism is definitely a problem. Antiquated business culture destroys business for valuable customers.

Ok deals but don’t like the added fees, slow pick up and dirty clutter. I have been there a few times and followed their odd pickup directions. Phone or email still having to wait 20-30 minutes. It’s a fun way to shop but not worth the guess work on poor product information, fees and wait time. The big dog is a sweet heart and made the wait tolerable. He was friendlier than the staff who couldn’t acknowledge me waiting.

Wrong item given to me by staff. When I returned to pick up the correct item the customer service was very poor. When asked if the item was used, as the description was not stated, I was advised that I could come view before a buying. I advised the description and photos should indicate as the item was dirty in the inside with food items. Not only was I waisting my gas and time to remedy their mistakes, but the attitude was unacceptable. The response given were totally unacceptable and unprofessional. Stating that they don’t have time to clean items. Sighting that you have been doing this for thirteen years does not equate to great business practices. Nor does Thirteen years of business does not equate to adequate customer service. I advised that I was bringing the matter to their attention as a courtesy. It should be noted that the item was dirty. Then the owner became more defensive and stated that maybe bidding is not for me. No what’s not for me is poor customer service. Me correcting a mistake that was done by their staff only to be disregarded when yet another issue was noted. In the future I think taking constructive feedback from a paying customer should be taken. Versus an emotional and unprofessional response. Also, every business needs to be open to feedback to continue with business that values their customers. No one has to patronize your business.

Love this place good deals and absolutely fantastic employees friendly knowledgeable and polite. I love their mascot a big tall white dog that is super cute. The dog is super polite and never barks.
