We rented a unit to move into Sept 6th moving here from Newport OR. We had mechanical problems in Medford and we didn't make it until after 5pm to Redding. We called enroute to let them know at approximately 3pm on the 6th. We were given a place to store our belongs with family so we wanted a refund. We continued calling and leaving a voice message for a call back from the 7th thru the 15th with no call back. We did text messages as well with no return message. We had to literally go to them from Whitmore and they said they refunded 50.00 of the 107.00 that we paid them. We tried for 10 days for a refund as we no longer needed the unit. We expected a full refund due to the fact we called, left messages from the day we were due to get the unit. Unprofessional, rude customer service in the office.

The experience at Bryant Security Storage was perfect from start to finish. The staff is extremely professional and answered all questions. The storage unit was clean and easily accessible.
If you need storage in the Redding area, I highly recommend Bryant Security Storage.

An exceptionally clean facility with great office and maintenance managers that stay on top of things! I love the new gate system that lets me come in and out just using my phone. Fair prices and some great move-in specials for first-time customers!

I have rented from Bryant security storage for years they even had a fire on the property and one of our storages happened to get burned a little thank goodness they had a unit that we could rent that would put both of our sheds together they are very nice people and I recommend them to anyone

The outside of this area is just filled with trash and homeless encampments. The business does little to nothing to stem the growth of these homeless encampments, leading to increased physical and fire danger both for your stored items and the surrounding community. Piss poor oversight. Do you want your valuables to burn up and then be picked over by bums?

Don't know them well but I've heard good things about Bryant's Security Storage from some friends and looking online at some prices and length of time of Storing your things in there, my friend said they were really cool people and respectful. Sounds like a place i would use. Merry Christmas Everyone and a Happy New Year.

I would like to disclose the fact that a very close family member has had a storage there for a while this storage facility had a fire, and went through my family members belongings before she could retrieve anything. She has one child and she had all kinds of memorabilia to pass on to her only child saved in that storage along with gold coins and other coin sets that she was saving for her and her grandson. My aunt fascinated and collected antiques from the time she was young and she thought they would be safer and that storage unit. The fire started on the roof top of several units and yet they still have not provided my aunt with any closure a way for her to get back any other belongings and I have seen and another complaint that the manager has gathered gold coins out of a burn the storage unit and had them in her home. I have tried to call this place to speak with a manager during business hours I have left messages there has been no response and I haven't even talked about the fire. I would love to know how to get ahold of the owner of this facility. Cause this facility is corrupt!!
