I am in front of Burlington. They are supposed to open at nine. It’s exactly 9:15 right now. A gentleman came to the door and said somebody’s not there right now so they can’t open. Sad.

There not to friendly for people with disabilities . A wheelchair could not make it out the door in case of fire. Their more worried about the thieves. Not only are you treated like a Thief at the front door. You would not like to be in the store in an emergency.

Ya I get it shoplifters suck but locking up the store like prison can't be th answer. When you can't even just walk into the store without being invited by lp makes me want to not shop here

Let's just say they are much more organized and much cleaner than Ross and TJ Maxx just wish they had more options in the plus size for men.

I love Burlington, as I use to work in a store in another CA location. That said, this store seems brand new but on the smaller side than other stores I've been to. It didn't have a lot of product in stock, as if they aren't getting a lot in or this store doesn't carry as much as others I've been to. I typically leave a Burlington with a ton of items in my cart, but this time I only purchased a few pairs of Juniors jeans and a top. The employees were very nice though, and the store was pretty. Just wish they had more items on the racks and shelves. Redding is lucky to have a store though, as my town does not.

No riding carts for the mobility/physically challenged and the clothes aisles are so narrow, you cannot pass another person.

Great choices at amazing prices. Always find just the perfect outfits! I've become the best gift giver! Thanks Burlington

I went to this store with the intentions of buying body wash, toothbrushes, and a water bottle. I went to the back of the store where they had placed the water bottles at and the security and an employee named Dakota, follows and decides to make conversation on the next aisle. I head to checkout and they follow right after me. Is there a problem with me checking out and paying for my items as every customer should? I don't feel comfortable shopping here at all. I can't walk around this store like every normal person without being targeted for no reason. I can't shop here when the employees are more concerned with the way I look versus the normal behavior I have displayed, such as shopping and paying for my items.

Why do I feel like they think we are stealing when we are just shopping . They make me feel so uncomfortable and following me around . Is this a new thing ? Follow every customer ? They need new employees.

I went to this store for the first time tonight and will never go back. I have ptsd and anxiety and I have a service dog that stays in her doggie stroller and she barked twice and an employee came up and told me i had to leave. I told them she is a service dog and she said so what and I showed her my legit paper work showing my dog is a service dog. It’s against the law for employees to ask to see mental health paper work on why u have a service dog.

I'm so happy that this store popped up. I was shopping at Ross but there selection for men was not very good. When I went to Burlington they had a big and tall section stacked with clothes. They also had lots of home furniture item's.I think there prices were affordable as well.
