I own a local business in downtown Redding and Cali Customs has done MANY of our employee shirts. He is amazing to work with and has always done last minute shirts for events we are doing. I would highly recommend.

Spoke to the gentleman that runs the store regarding my company shirts. Told me he was getting a shipment in and that I could pick him up on this wednesday. Called him on Wednesday said that he still needs a shipment come pick him up on friday. I go to pick him up on Friday and he tries and tells me oh 6:00 he's going to get this place is completely unacceptable

I had a communication problems that led to the wrong text being printed on own merchandise. Please pay only after your review, do a throw inspection. The ownership is more then happy to resolve issues, store Manager Does not have much say about return policy.

Stumbled upon Cali Custom in the mall, and they were great. Very nice, professional people and quality service! I needed some shirts and sweatshirts made for our business. They worked up my logo based off of a screenshot I sent them, and screen-printed everything for me within an hour. Saved me a ton of time getting this done while I did a bit of shopping, and everything looks great! Thanks Cali Custom.

If you own a business this place is where you should go!!!! I cannot recommend this store enough we’ve had our shirts awhile none have faded or cracked or even lost color especially working in the construction industry!

I would recommend this business to everyone. From start of my order to pick they went above and beyond for me. I called my order in with short notice and they was able to get it done. They was so helpful by locating enough shirts to even helping me get the boxes into my vehicle . All conversations was respectful and Curtious. Thank You again Cali Customs. I will be back.
