As a manager of a local Townhouse complex, I have been using Carmona's for years. The service has always been good, but my current purchase experience was above and beyond exceptional! The Service and Delivery Team are excellent. Cudos to Lewis for wonderful communication and customer care. I also want to thank Jacob for being so professional, knowledgeable and super polite when he delivered our order.

I had carmona’s come to inspect and repair my range. The technician said they needed to order a part. It has been 8 weeks and still no repair. And I have had to follow up with them multiple times to get an update. Still no news on whether they have even ordered the part! Poor follow through and customer service.

I drive 3 hours on my only day off for the to be closed after working until 4am to buy a refrigerator. The website and google did not say they was closed. This is very inappropriate and I waste my only day off for the next 3 months to buy a refrigerator. I am so mad that nobody in the phone told me when I call to. Do not shop here.

Carmona's came to the rescue when our daughter's dryer quit working. Lewis was knowledgeable, professional and eager to get the new dryer delivered in a timely manner. After struggling to make other solutions work, she was relievedto have her old dryer removed and replaced with such quick, efficient, and helpful service. They graciously accommodated her tight schedule with clear communication. Thank you for the excellent service and quality product.

Carmona's has terrible service and lies. They told me someone broke into their warehouse and stole our refrigerator that we waited 4 months for. Their own deliveryman laughed and told us that appliances don't get stolen, they just find someone who was willing to pay full sticker price. Carmona's then discounted a different model that we agreed to since we couldn't wait any longer for a refrigerator. We weren't aware it was a floor model. When it showed up unboxed it was dented on 3 sides. The salesman then offered to have new door panels sent to us, it's been over 2 years, no door panels and no follow up. It was an exasperating experience, we will never give them our business again.

I recently made a purchase over the phone for a rental unit I have. Everyone I talked to made me a priority, listened to my needs, and was very knowledgeable…all my questions were answered immediately. My salesperson, David was very patient with me as our calls were dropped several times during the transaction. I will shop here for future purchases.

I would prefer to support local business but the salesmanship shenanigans at this place get old. I am running a business. I need quick, accurate communication. Emails work best on multiple levels but this gets you several rounds of communication with Carmona’s as each time you have to tell them their price isn’t cutting it. First they will give you list price. Then you have to remind them to match the big box chain price, as they advertise, which they will come back with but with delivery added. Then you need to contact them again to say the big box stores include delivery in their price. This is not a single incident. We have purchased countless appliances over the years through Carmona’s and it’s always the same. I’m tired of it.

Brother-in-law has waited almost 8 months for fridge to be fixed.. they finally called back to set up an appt to fix it. Well, the evening before the appt, the repair man canceled and said he had the flu (was on a Thursday evening) he told them he'd be back Mon (he wanted a longer weekend, flu doesn't go away that fast). Called Monday to reschedule, they told him/us that they would call back when they know...it's been weeks, so we called again, and lady said she doesn't know when...Either give us a new fridge, or fix ours! It's been almost a year.You guys have done this to my mother and 2 of my friends too.Do NOT get anything from them. Their stuff breaks within a few months, and won't be repaired till it's been well over half a yr.

This review is too long in coming, as Jeff White and the entire Carmona's team really did go above and beyond for my family. Last year my husband and I purchased a new refrigerator. Jeff was AWESOME: answered ALL of our questions; educated us on the different materials and brands; helped us see what options we had for counter-depth models (not a bunch post-pandemic). In the end, we got a BEAUTIFUL Cafe unit with some custom door handles. Delivery had a few bumps - but Jeff had our back. He continued to answer our calls (even when I'm not sure I would have in his shoes). The consummate professional always - and always with a smile, kind words, and patience. We absolutely LOVE our refrigerator. It's the "showpiece of our kitchen". And, when it's time for other new appliances (or mattresses!) we will be going back to Carmona's. Hopefully Jeff will agree to be our salesperson again. (If you get him - you're lucky!)

Over the years we've purchased numerous appliances from Carmona's. Last month we purchased a new refrigerator and a washing machine, and I can't say enough about the young man that helped us find what we were looking for. Beyond excellent customer service! He even gave me his personal phone number if I had any questions. I didn't catch his last name, but the world needs more Noah's, and Carmona's, thank you for hiring an employee with an amazing work ethic.

Such a nice experience working with Noah and the team at Carmona’s. We got the fridge we needed and it is making things cold in our house perfectly. If I need something we will return.Go - buy things - they are easy to work with.

Came in today to check our some new kitchen appliances and all the employees were either helping people or standing around on their phones. Maybe I should apply to their indeed ad for a job. I could provide better service then what they offer. Just check out the previous reviews.
