I began my search for new carpeting to replace our worn-out carpet before I was aware of Carpet One. Unfortunately, I first approached another flooring store, and it was a complete disaster due to getting an inferior product, and struggling to deal with sales personnel who simply didn't have the expertise to deal with problems that arose, and they seemed more intent on getting a sale instead of doing the right thing; my mistake was costly as I had to remove the carpet I had purchased, it was over a $1,000 loss on top of replacing the carpet from Carpet One and the store did not in any way compensate me. Because I was so pleased with Carpet One, I expanded the area where I wanted new carpeting purchasing more carpet than I had planned previously. Make no mistake, buying new flooring for your home can be not only costly but stressful, all the more reason to go to Carpet One for the best products and the best service.”
