Disappointed in how this Cinemark handles theater disruptions. I was sitting next to a teenage couple and their behavior was completely inappropriate for a public theater. The girl was lying sideways in her seat with her legs stretched out toward me, nearly kicking me in the face, and repeatedly hit my drink in the cupholder. They were loud, disruptive, and from the way she kept wiggling around and the noises they were making, it was obvious they were doing something that should have been kept at HOME, NOT in a movie theater surrounded by FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN!
I got up 20 minutes into the movie and reported it to the ticket counter. A janitor came in, stood against the wall watching them for a few minutes, then left without addressing the problem. 20 minutes later another employee did the same thing. Staff clearly saw what was happening yet chose not to step in.
Although the manager refunded my ticket, that doesn’t excuse the fact that Redding Cinemark allowed this behavior to continue and ruin the experience for everyone in the surrounding rows. A movie theater is not the place for this kind of conduct, and management should have removed them immediately instead of ignoring it.

I really wanted to like this place, but the amount of ads and trailers is ridiculous. When the showtime says 4:35, I expect the movie to start then — not 25–30 minutes later. Sitting through endless commercials after paying for a ticket feels like a scam. Families with kids, people on schedules, and anyone who just wants to see the movie get stuck planning around fake start times.
Cinemark should be upfront and list the actual feature start time along with the ad block. Until then, I’ll probably stick to streaming at home where the movie starts when I press play

Horrible customer service don’t know how to run a company if your with an adult planing on going to a horror movie and your under 17 even with a 18+ person they won’t let you in

I came with another adult and they let a group of 14 year olds right next to us go in but not are brother with us. This place sucks dirty employees, poor customer service, and not treating every customer the same. Over priced snacks and tickets.

The chairs are comfy, and usually clean. The only complaint I have would be the volume of the movie. We went to see a kids movie and it was soooo loud it hurt my ears! Are we allowed to ask them to turn it down at all? I mean, don't get me wrong I understand movies are going to be a little loud. But this was crazy.

Amber is Amazing and helpful. Quick and attentive. Got me a beautiful popcorn loaded with butter. 2 large drinks and she saw me struggling and offered a bag and drink carrier before I even said anything. she is the best
