Total time there was 1.5 hrs, I had a crack that a but larger than the diameter or a quarter. Jeff was able to restore my Windshield's integereity and you wouldn't know there was a crack there if you didn't know to look. He got rid of about 80% of it! 10/10 would recommend

I had a rock chip on a 2023 Tesla that other shops were not willing to work on, due to the location of the chip in the black edge area. I was looking at $1300 for a new windshield plus expense to reapply the aftermarket UV/solar heat film. Crackmaster fixed my windshield for $75. That obviously saved me a lot of money but also the hassle as I would have to go to Chico for a Tesla windshield, and then to a tint shop for the film.

A few weeks before I went to Crackmaster I had just replaced my windshield and it cost a bundle. So when my new windshield was hit with a rock the size of a silver dollar I started calling around. Everyone told me if it was bigger then a quarter they couldn't fix it. Jeff said bring it down and if it was safe to fix he would do it. An hour and a half later he turned a dollar size star into a small spot that will not crack across the windshield. I am grateful I didn't have to fork out hundreds of dollars again. Thanks Jeff Gina

Crackmasters is a one of a kind quality glass repair service. As residents we are very lucky to have Jeff's company available to us. The repairs are expert and much better than any comparable service I have experienced from the nationally advertised famous brands. And to top it off Crackmasters has a very fair price. I enjoyed reading the history of Whitmore while waiting for my repair. Jeff has a autographed copy in the waiting area. It was surprisingly interesting local history.

I had 3 rock cracks and Jeff was so accommodating. His workshop is a little, nope a lot, messy but don't let that put you off. His work is exceptional. I'm mean really exceptional. Don't expect a well appointed waiting area, it's not but you will be getting AAAA+ service and repair. Bring a warm in the winter, dress light and have a cool beverage handy in the summer months. Jeff is awesome. Definitely earned the title as crackmaster. He's been doing this longer than I've been alive. Had an edge to edge crack in my windshield and he saved me from having to replace the whole thing
