This dealership is a scam . I woke up to a call about " your lease is going to be up what are your plans " first off I've only ever had two cars in my life and neither are from this dealership. So I start asking questions and they all of a sudden don't know what I'm talking about and to disregard their call . I don't know but if maybe they had the wrong name I'd disregard the call but they had my number right and name right so why in the world would I disregard the call . So the guy finally transferred me to finance and the lady deserves nails on her chair she was so rude and yelling on the phone like I had no reason to be worried . I'm sorry but if you got a call about a car being leased in your name wouldn't you be worried ? This place is a joke and a scam . I've never stepped foot in this place and I never would especially after this interaction. Honestly I should just show up there with the police .

I received excellent care from both the service department and the sales staff. Louis in the service department was very knowledgeable and had great follow through. He helped me through a very stressful situation with professionalism and compassion. My salesperson, Debbie Allen was great. Not pushy, very laid back and fun. I found the entire staff to be very competent and professional.

I went in there looking to buy a new civic si and they were so amazing Gregg aka cookie showed me the best car they had. I fell in love and Steve did his magic and made our terms a bit better. Then we got to finish wth Dianne wth the paperwork and she was so amazing and got me laughing, which you need after a sale like this. Thank you Crown Motors you were amazing.

I was charged $200 for a 15 min diagnostics for a $9 part that needed to be replaced on my car A/C (a rate of $815 per hr). To recharge my A/C 1234yf, they wanted to charge me $500. I called another shop in Redding and they quoted me $380 for this service! My appointment time was 1:30pm and I had to wait an extra 35 minutes to check in because their mechanic broke something on a previous customer who just picked their vehicle up. I won't be doing business with their service center ever again. Just imagine paying $730 to get your A/C recharged!

I went to Crown Honda to get a recall and my A/C fixed last week. Wyatt was the tech who helped me. He was friendly, helpful and courteous. He helped me immensely by fitting me in the next day to get it fixed, when he found out I had to leave town a couple days later. All the other employees at the service center were courteous and welcoming as well. I would recommend to anyone going to Crown Honda.

I have been receiving service from this establishment for over 30 years. The staff has always been very kind, professional and easy to work with. I have never experienced poor service here. Thanks to all the staff at Crown Honda and a big thanks to Louis!!!

I make the drive up to Redding to have my car serviced with this team. They are patient, helpful, and honest. My battery died and they immediately took my car in and notified me that my battery was covered under warranty (free of charge). Even when short-staffed, they take care of their customers.

Service department pricing is absurdly high. Took my car in for an issue which has previously been diagnosed and serviced with another repair facility. The diagnostic alone, which turned out to be wrong, cost more than the previous shop that both correctly diagnosed and serviced the same issue. Much more. Shop around and get second opinions. These swindlers at Crown will bs you and rip you off.

I just wanted to give Wyatt and the rest of Crown Motors crew a big thank you the huge help last weekend! It all started when we drove our 2017 Ridgeline to Redding on a Friday and, mid-way, the speedometer started jumping and we started getting all kinds of warnings (safety tech, transmission, emissions, etc.). I called Crown Motors upon arriving and because it was too late to have the car checked, Wyatt suggested that I drop it off on Saturday, which I did (first thing). Mid-morning Wyatt called and said the issues were all due to a loose connector and the car was all set (the only charge was for the diagnostics). Given all the warnings (and the fact that I was out of town so I had to get this done), this could have turned into an expensive repair so thank you Wyatt and crew for getting me out of a pickle in a quick and cost-efficient manner!

I just went and spoke with Greg Cook. I wanted to look inside and spec out a few different SUV models to find out what I need. Greg made absolutely no effort to help educate me on different models and help me find the right fit. He answered one question about powertrain warranties but then told me to go online and spec the cars myself. Word for word he told me "Come back when you know what you want. I could spend an hour going over different information but you'd forget as soon as you left." Well Greg, I spent an hour going over Subarus yesterday, and the information stuck with me like glue. It may not be the case but I honestly felt profiled because of my young age and the fact I came without anyone older. I plan on paying the full amount for my next car in cash, and if Greg had known that maybe he wouldn't have treated me like an imbicile who wasn't serious about purchasing a vehicle. Either way- he obviously didn't care about having my buisness and I'll probably be heading to Wittmeir to talk to respectful Honda reps that don't treat young adults like they're idiots. I had experienced a very hard work day and getting treated like that was the icing on the cake of a horrible day. I really hope someone reads this and talks to Greg about his behavior.

Absolutely the most incompetent service center i have ever seen at a dealership, that in its self should speak for it self. I now have had multiple interactions with this place and have come to the conclusion of do not allow your vehicles to be touched by them and do no repeat do not buy shit from them!!! They have almost a 100% marrk up on most all prices I contacted Honda and got my parts shipped straight from Honda with over night shipping and was still way cheaper than walking in and getting at this store!! This business is straight up thieves. If I didn't know how to work on my own vehicles they would have screwed me over hard! So just for your own wallets sake and quite possibly your vehicle's sake take your vehicles anywhere else.

I made an online appointment to get a recall fixed on my car along with an oil change and tire rotation since I'd already be there. I also called a week in advance and reserved a rental car for the day. The employee I spoke to said she was just covering for someone's lunch but that she would make a note and that I would have a rental car waiting for me without any issues. So when I showed up today, the service department guy was super nice and got me all checked in, then walked me over to the rental car counter where I was informed they had zero rental cars available. Even after I called a week in advance to secure one and was reassured there would be one for me. The rental counter guy suggested I call Enterprise to rent a car for the day. I wasn't happy about this and had no one I could call for a ride. I ended up walking back to the Honda service counter and asking for my car back. Next time I'll just take it to Chico, to the Honda dealership where I bought the car, and have them service it. I feel like the disorganization of the rental car at Crown Honda made this a bad experience for me and it made me drive to Redding when I don't live there, on my day off, when I had other things to do. It was just a frustrating experience altogether.

I just called Crown Motors and they looked up the reset code for our Honda Accord's audio security system. I punched in the numbers, and the radio works again! Yay, Crown Motors, you are my favorite problem solvers right now, thanks!!! Everything in life should be so easy.
