My dad's Ford Fusion has a splash guard underneath and one of the screws fell out. I called up Crown and Aaron said to bring it on down. A half hour later the car was fixed and they didn't even charge me! Really nice people and great service.

Unfortunately, I had a ton of trouble getting my Ford in for service to diagnose and most likely replace my transmission. Having an interlock in my car made it really difficult and even more difficult when Patrick didn't want to take a few minutes to fill out some quick paperwork so I could get my car to them for servicing. After my interlock company also tried to get ahold of them on three different occasions with absolutely no luck I had to make the call to find another Ford dealer to service my vehicle. I called Yreka Motors and they got all the paperwork filled out within minutes of me calling and had it back to me within an hour. Where as at Crown Motors it took three business days (Friday Monday Tuesday, they're open on Saturday) just to get half the paperwork. It truly was very frustrating to get such lack luster customer service being in customer service myself and understanding that this situation was particular. I did not feel like my business was valued at all which was really disappointing overall.

My oil change was scheduled at 7am. I dropped my truck off the night prior. I called at 11am to check on my truck. Service was not done yet. I get a call at 12.40 pm, that my truck is done. Almost 6 hrs. later. I would not recommend crown motors.

I travel the country for a living. I have a fleet of ford transits.... I try to do most of our maintenance at ford dealerships . Quick lane is usually great for getting in and out for simple oil changes. They are usually on a first come first serve basis. Apparently this one is not so I set an appointment for 9:30 AM. I got here at 9 AM and they said it may be an hour. 2 1/2 hours later they haven't even started on it yet. Very disappointing.... I will not be coming back here.

Eric Loncarich helped me out tremendously!! It was my first time ever dealing with any car troubles and he made the process so easy and communicated the whole time. If I could leave 10 stars I would!! I will definitely be coming back and I appreciate all their help :)

This dealership is a scam . I woke up to a call about " your lease is going to be up what are your plans " first off I've only ever had two cars in my life and neither are from this dealership. So I start asking questions and they all of a sudden don't know what I'm talking about and to disregard their call . I don't know but if maybe they had the wrong name I'd disregard the call but they had my number right and name right so why in the world would I disregard the call . So the guy finally transferred me to finance and the lady deserves nails on her chair she was so rude and yelling on the phone like I had no reason to be worried . I'm sorry but if you got a call about a car being leased in your name wouldn't you be worried ? This place is a joke and a scam . I've never stepped foot in this place and I never would especially after this interaction. Honestly I should just show up there with the police .

If you need service, Rick Taylor is your guy! He is understanding of your needs and goes out of the way to get it done with a smile. He will service my Lincoln for the life of the car, and due to the treatment he gave, I will buy another Lincoln.

I received excellent care from both the service department and the sales staff. Louis in the service department was very knowledgeable and had great follow through. He helped me through a very stressful situation with professionalism and compassion. My salesperson, Debbie Allen was great. Not pushy, very laid back and fun. I found the entire staff to be very competent and professional.

Crowne Motors provides excellent customer service as well as excellent car care for maintenance and repair. They are knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. All of their staff is exceptional. I can’t speak highly enough of the staff and service. It is a 90 mile drive for me each way, but worth every mile.

I went in there looking to buy a new civic si and they were so amazing Gregg aka cookie showed me the best car they had. I fell in love and Steve did his magic and made our terms a bit better. Then we got to finish wth Dianne wth the paperwork and she was so amazing and got me laughing, which you need after a sale like this. Thank you Crown Motors you were amazing.

I was charged $200 for a 15 min diagnostics for a $9 part that needed to be replaced on my car A/C (a rate of $815 per hr). To recharge my A/C 1234yf, they wanted to charge me $500. I called another shop in Redding and they quoted me $380 for this service! My appointment time was 1:30pm and I had to wait an extra 35 minutes to check in because their mechanic broke something on a previous customer who just picked their vehicle up. I won't be doing business with their service center ever again. Just imagine paying $730 to get your A/C recharged!
