I was devastated by the strong odor of a dead animal somewhere in my car. I called and scheduled an appointment with the AI auto attendant and took my car in the same morning. I had to leave my car all day which makes sense, but they got rid of that horrid smell and disinfected. The cost was $508 but at least its done. Roger is always pleasant to deal with. Thankful for their help.

Alexis helped me get a new Nissan leaf. I have been in the market for an EV for awhile and her and the team here made the process extremely easy and went above and beyond in trying to help me not only walk away with a brand new EV but also get rid of my truck that was costing me way to much. I highly recommend Alexis and the team here and crown Nissan!!

So be honest....how many of you truly like car salespeoples?
Nice....pretty much no one including myself...
Until there was Alexis Diaz.
She was immediately open, honest, and genuine.
She knew that I was having a rough week, so she gave me the information I needed and left me alone.
Except for the encouraging texts and the answers to my questions anytime I had one.
I told her no at first. I was going to try to get a few more miles out of my other car. After all, I had just put 25 bucks of gas in it.
Until, I couldn't get the ole girl to start so I called Alexis.
She made the whole deal easy, affordable, and time efficient. I couldn't have asked for a better sales human!
Thank you, Alexis! Your sweet and transparent personality won the deal! I am not an easy customer either cause, to be honest, I don't like car salespeoples...
