I mean I’m not expecting much out of a dollar tree but this one was just average. Prices are $1.25 instead of $1 which is rather annoying.

Dollar stores have gone downhill the last few years. So often a long line to check out. Products cheaper and cheaper but up to 1.25. Still works in a pinch and this store is bigger than a lot of them. Be sure to lock your car when you go in though

Honestly I have never had a worse experience I'm my life! I'm 58 years old. Been in the service industry most of that time. (Also let it be known, I work for dollar tree). Bad show! I wanted to post my whole experience. But, I found I'm limited to how long I can text. Just beware! Bad service! Never going back. Last 60 dollars I will spend there, EVER!

Areound 3:20 pm today Angela, Alissa or some other A name lady was so rude and nasty attitude to coworkers and customers. No one was helping the one cashier for 30min with a horrible line that I almost left 3 times. Angela or miss.a name was in the back With another worked when a crack head got mad the line was taking forever and pushed over the flower stand outside. When the two back workers came out to cleaning up a mess after the cashier asked her if she can help on registers. Miss.a said “they can wait or leave!” …….. umm ok in front one 20 people waiting. Than reluctantly opens one after a few minutes.

This location on Lake Blv is the worse Dollar Tree I've ever been in. The manager really needs a new job she has no business in management and has no clue as to what she is suppose to do as a manager. Then the tall guy that is at the register wearing pants with holes in them and especially at his crouch area should dress more appropriately when going into work. You can help but noticed it and his hygiene is very poor but then again the manager is in the same boat. YES the manager needs to be fired and replaced with someone who has management skills. Then you have this security guy that is always outside with the employees and stands inside just looking lost at times. He should be outside doing his job or walking through the store instead of just standing behind registers watching people which is creeping like a stalker watching for what I have no clue but very creepy feeling I get from him...not good. The store is very dirty and employees standing outside smoking is ridiculous. Exactly what a manager should be taking care of not allowing your employees to hang out in front of the store smoking and hanging out with their security person. Also making sure your employees hygiene is up to par along with their apparel when at work. Plus make sure the store is clean and enough registers open to get the long lines of people taken care of instead of standing around. I could go on and hopefully someone at corporate will get this store cleaned up with new management.

I'm not really trying to give a bad review necessarily, but I went in to buy some snack food and got a mini pecan pie. When I took a bite of it, it literally tasted like I put a dryer sheet in my mouth, or a car air freshener, or like a I sprayed bathroom air freshener into my mouth. Just very intense floral "flavor." I tried calling twice and no one answered, so just don't buy duchess pecan pies from here, there is something wrong with them. Hopefully they see this and pull them from the shelves.

I really love this place mainly because of the amazing service provided by Michelle best she is one of the best employees iv ever met.she is nice and makes you fill very safe always on her game my advice is to make sure you look for the little ball of awesome and say hi.

Place never answers the phone and is cluttered. Allows nasty people in it. Managers in the day are all rude.
