“The service repair was great. My grandson and I walked in. It was a last-minute thing because I don’t live in Reading. I live in I live in Nevada and I was leaving the following day so we needed his game console fixed that day the representative fix it within an hour and a half we were able to pick it up and it works perfectly now five stars. Sorry, I don’t have a picture, but the game belongs to my grandson. He lives in Redding.”

“The customer service at Batteries Plus was exceptional. Although the battery replacement on my girlfriend's Galaxy S22 took slightly longer than anticipated, the overall service was satisfactory. We appreciate the assistance provided by the team at Batteries Plus in repairing her phone.”

“My office printer went down for the count. Old and Young Bobs suggested I buy one of their larger printers. They help me whenever something happens. Very reassuring business practices. I will use them as often as needed.”

“Good experience. I appreciate the tech systems of communications involved: Being texted and emailed accordingly. The technician arrived around the estimated provided time, was quite knowledgeable as well. Explained everything thoroughly. I also appreciate being upfront and clear about the $119 diagnostic charge for showing up. TO which my only recommendation is for the diagnostic report to be more fluent, and elaborative describing in a paragraph the diagnostic (since > $100). Other than that, I recommend the experience.”
