“The young man [light hair, shorter] working today 4/26 went above and beyond to help me in a challenging situation. My camper batteries weren't working for the first time ever, the camper draws very little - no a/c, microwave, electronics etc - and the light has never been below green for capacity. He figured out they needed water and with a charge they were back to normal. I'm on the road and even if I went to an RV parkand charged them I would not have known they needed water. He taught me how to maintain them and fixed them and am so grateful. His colleague was also helpful [tall, dark hair].”

I appreciate the tech systems of communications involved: Being texted and emailed accordingly. The technician arrived around the estimated provided time, was quite knowledgeable as well. Explained everything thoroughly. I also appreciate being upfront and clear about the $119 diagnostic charge for showing up. TO which my only recommendation is for the diagnostic report to be more fluent, and elaborative describing in a paragraph the diagnostic (since > $100). Other than that, I recommend the experience.”
