“The young man [light hair, shorter] working today 4/26 went above and beyond to help me in a challenging situation. My camper batteries weren't working for the first time ever, the camper draws very little - no a/c, microwave, electronics etc - and the light has never been below green for capacity. He figured out they needed water and with a charge they were back to normal. I'm on the road and even if I went to an RV parkand charged them I would not have known they needed water. He taught me how to maintain them and fixed them and am so grateful. His colleague was also helpful [tall, dark hair].”

Lots of complaints about your computerized message system every time I tried to get on your link about arrivals it would boot me out and say it's Dad and not available and tried four maybe five times to process a check for payment which never did work half hour later we finally just did it by telephone and charge card which was not the correct way to go you need a better system”
