The customer service will lie to you. Had one of their staff lie to me about having a car ready for me one day then when I go to pick it up they said they can't release a car to me because of reasons customer service never gave me. Caused me to get stranded in Redding hours from where I lived.If you want to not get a rental car and just want to sit on a side walk for hours hoping for an Uber to pick you, then this is the place for you.

The guys down at Enterprise Truck Rental were absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond ensuring all my needs were met! I have NEVER had a better interaction with any business than I had with them! They are the epitome of how every business should carry themselves. I will never go to any other truck rental. As soon as you walk through the doors you immediately feel comfortable and you are met with somebody that isn't just trying to get the sale, you are met with somebody that is genuinely trying to make sure you are 100% completely satisfied with their services!

I rented a 27' box truck for my move from Santa Rosa to Redding and the crew at the Redding location provided 5 star customer service. The truck was almost new and made a difficult job much easier.
