Jake is so kind and helpful, I was in a bind sending a work package next-day and had already gone to 3 other FedEx locations with no solution yet. Jake took care to make sure all the details were right and got the package out the door just in the nick of time. Thank you for the great service and kindness!

This is the THIRD time since August 2024 my packages have been delivered to the wrong address. I've already filed a complaint once & spoke to the manager regarding this issue. Why does it keep happening? The first time, the package was stolen by my neighbors, I never got it back. The second time, I was able to get it off their porch before they stole my stuff again. Luckily this third time, the person at that address let me know but the packages are too heavy for me to get them home on my own. My address is on my house in 2 locations, so I am unsure what the problem is. The address is also on the neighbors house. Please stop giving my stuff to other people.

I hear a knock at front door. By the time I get to the door the driver is driving away. My ring camera shows him knock and immediately put his ear up to the door and walk away faster then you can say hi.
I call to have package held so I can pick it up. Next day I go to pick it up. It’s out for delivery. I get a message saying delivery attempt made. The time it said is when I was home getting ready to leave. Surprise… no ring camera movement on 3 cameras. I’m going to get my money back and never use anyone that ships fedex.

Well I had recently had Covid so I was still in a lot of pain and I had a massage seat that I needed to return which was a rather large package and I am disabled so I pulled right up to the door where the handicapped spot was conveniently located and I got out of my vehicle and very carefully pulled out the package and I was about to drop it off when the manager came outside and forced me (yes forced) to move my vehicle or I would not receive service. I told her that I was handicapped as I pointed at my plates and I said that I was legally parked. She told me that she didn’t care because a handicapped driver had run over the curb once. WOW! I reported her to the fedex headquarters and the next time I went there, the entire area was cordoned off! So I called the ADA and filed a complaint. Would NOT Recommend.
