This was a very unpleasant and not welcoming experience. Would not suggested in coming here !! Wanted to print only 10 paper, they said the file was too big so I sent 2 different file. Was there before many people and ended up just got put aside.

My printer broke once and fed ex has computers and printers. I was able to print 4-5 labels once I knew what I was doing for about $10 in the time it costs to use the computers for my eBay business. So if you don't have a printer and need to make prepaid shipping labels, this is the spot. It worked for me cause I still made money on my packages even though it cost more than I wanted to get the labels made. I think my first time doing it, it cost me $7 to get one label. You gotta be fast cause it charges by the minute.

Wow! I’ve needed lots of paperwork recently to apply for a visa! In every visit, the staff is helpful, kind, and supportive! I’ve needed almost all of their services in the last week!

Came this morning to return a package. Wasn’t greeted at all by any of the two older employees for a couple minutes until the older woman snapped at me, “do you need something?”. I said yeah actually can you print a label for me or scan it off my phone? She rudely responded and told me to email it to them. I asked for the email and she shoved forward a laminated sign that had their email and fax on it. Definitely not a friendly exchange and I let them know they weren’t friendly. Won’t be going back, that’s for sure!

I find the staff to be very uninterested in helping people.
I was just in there and there was an elderly man trying to take a screen shot to complete whatever it was he was trying to do. The clerk told him he couldn't help him with an android phone...he suggested that the man see if any of the customers waiting if they could help him. Seriously. Of course I helped him but what lame, lazy customer service guy. Really pathetic. Phones and electronics can be challenging to a lot of people...help them out. I hope the clerk gets to see this because he should be ashamed of him handling of that situation.

FedEx Driver at 10:07am on 7/3 was driving 75-80mph between I-5 and and downtown on 44. Drove across merged lanes and double lines. Then weaved around cars in the right away.

I went today to mail my fingerprints with a FedEx shipping label. I was waiting in line then a customer service agent, Luka, came to assist me so I don't have to wait in line. Luka took care to put separate sheets of papers between my fingerprints cards. He also placed card boards to sandwich the papers inside so they don't get bent and damaged. I was like were do you find such a great service in an American store anymore? Luka made my day today. I'm quite happy with his professionalism and diligence. He is definitely a 5 stars person. I enjoy doing business with FedEx.

I am giving one star because I was here with my daughter gonna fax documents and my daughter and I were in line and a gentleman behind us we were there before the gentleman and the lady that has worked their a long time(wasn't my first time having to us there services) called the gentleman behind me before us I was extremely disappointed I was trying to hurry. As they flirting it was so disgusting and frustrating and politely her know we have been in line she said oh sorry, she k ew that she saw us in line. Not going here AGAIN
