I asked if they could do a watch Crown Replacement and they hung up on me. Super rude. They wouldn't even pick up the phone when I tried calling multiple times the past few weeks. I don't know what's happening or why the service is so absent.

I took 2 rings in to be resized, and they did an AMAZING job, you can’t even see where they worked on them. And they returned them sparkling and looking brand new. All for an extremely reasonable price. Their sales selection is beyond beautiful as well. We will be returning for sure

The guys at Field’s jewelers were knowledgeable and helped me get exactly what I was looking for. They had a great selection in store and are doing an engraving for my girlfriend’s birthday that is right in my price range. I would shop here again!

They have a huge selection and are knowledgeable, and helpful. I bought a few pieces here, and they even helped fix a ring that I damaged on my own for free. On top of that, I think their prices on new jewelry are the lowest in Redding. Long story short, If you want to buy jewelry this is the spot lol
