Guy got us set up with some altra kid shoes they have nice tread and nice and wide. Came back for the next sizes up, they only had one style and we bought. The ladies were exceptionally nice with us and our rambunctious little one. We all got to measure our feet on the special machine and i got nice wide women’s shoes for a reasonable price.

So I'm so very disappointed in the way; Kristina the sales lady she was helping me. I was returning Hoka Shoes I bought but they were different, I said theses shoes aren’t the same as my old ones, they are hurting my feet and rubbing on my little toe, She said they are the same brand, that was true; but they were different than old ones, so I went to check-out some other shoes; that would be like my old pair of Hoka, she was very short and arrogant, when she was in the back stock room, I could hear her say, to a young man, She thinks theses shoes aren’t the same and she wants to return them, in a snotty manner! She said more in that snoty manner that I didn’t hear, this made me so upset to hear the way she talked about me as I was standing right next to the stock room, as I looked at both of them, they stopped talking about me. As I was looking at other shoes, Kristina, comes out and sees me looking at shoes and without asking me, which shoes, she said oh you want those shoes in a rude way, goes and gets the shoes I did not ask for and brings the boxes out and just plots the boxes down in a none respectful way, for me to try on, She didn’t stay with me to help me, as I looked around the other sales person was helping theses two people, answering there questions and trying different shoes on them in a professional way; so I just grabbed whatever shoes looked like my old ones that were similar and got out of there, I was treated unfairly and I really liked going in there, it’s the one thing I buy for myself, I work so hard for my money as a CNA and to be treated like that, I will never go in there again, I use to tell my CNA co-workers about that place, I will not anymore! I felt like I was worthless and I wasn’t a valued customer!!!

I always go to Chico and have always been satisfied. The last time went to Redding and I was rushed and had to go back cause the shoes hurt my feet and when I did another pair I was told maybe I should go to Chico. Poor customer service my shoes are too big and I didn’t receive the care I get from Chico.

Super friendly and helpful staff, they use a foot scanner to get personal recommendations, and the 60 day return policy makes sure you have a good fit in something comfortable before you keep it. I have completely flat feet, so they were patient with me trying out quite a few options to get something right.

Great selection and sizing if you need it. The guy is extremely nice and professional, not so much the lady. Last time I went in I tried on a pair of something new. The lady was fitting me even though I didn't really ask and didn't need it. I happen to know my sizes in the brands I wear. For this brand I asked to try on a different size I purchased last time for another brand. She seemed to challenge me on it and I had to explain it all, which obviously irritated her. "But that's not the size we have you at," she says. Mind you it's a half size difference. I finally had to pull an Indiana Jones and say, "trust me." Didn't care for the new version of what I tried on and passed on it without buying anything that day. I thanked her for helping. She copped a serious attitude and walked off without saying a word, as if I inconvenienced her. Bought 3 pairs of, let's be honest, overpriced shoes there in the past. Didn't count for anything. Needless to say, I won't be back. I get much better deals online - and frankly better customer service, i.e. none.

Ok selection, but clueless salespeople, not only are they clueless but they refuse to realize it, when I explained a little bit about fitting shoes to them, they insisted that I didn’t know what I was talking about and that you always fit running shoes off of toe length, go somewhere with real shoe people who will measure your foot with a brannock, and won’t treat you in a condescending rude fashion.
