Although we had a small glitch with the height of our box spring we had ordered, Steve and Carson were able to bring the correct one to our home in a week. They were polite, attentive to our home and belongings, and nice guys. I know where to get another bed in the future.

I wish I could give them 5 stars as I really like supporting local businesses. The furniture is great, Mike was awesome when we were looking, and both Mike and Steve were respectful and polite when I contacted them with an issue. Unfortunately, that's where the service ended. I suspect it's not Mike or Steve who are the issue, but the owner George. I contacted them in beginning of August about a small tear in the fabric of the chair we purchased in late June. When the furniture, which we love by the way, was delivered, we noticed a blemish (looked like a snag) in the fabric but thought it would be ok because of where it was located. We eventually discovered the blemish was actually a small tear in fabric. Despite promises to follow up with me, I have yet to receive a call back regarding my requests (over 6 calls/texts) for a resolution. I truly do not want to harm the business, particularly it's employees by my post, so my suggestion is don't let the folks who deliver leave until you've gone over the furniture fully and send back anything that is less than satisfactory because you will not get their help once they've made the sale. I wish I could tell you they will do the right thing when the products they sell have defects, but they have not done so yet.

I would not recommend them to anyone. Don't expect actual warranty coverage. I bought 2 mattresses with 10 year warranties and after 3 months of regular use they had extreme indentations in the mattresses. It's been about 3 months since they came to take measurements and pictures, about 10 phone calls later I've gotten the run around with no response on warranty coverage. Steve who is charge of the follow up has been dodging my calls for months. This place has Garbage products and extremely unprofessional employees . I would not recommend them to anyone. !!

Great selection of furniture, huge inventory, and very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Delivery and installation of our furniture was same day. Other furniture stores don't haul off your couches, and for us that's a deal breaker. The gentleman that delivered our furniture were very efficient at installation, courteous, and also helpful and knowledgeable about the care of our new couches. I will gladly do business again with this company in the future. Thank you.

We couldn't agree today on which couch to buy. That said, of all the places we visited, when we buy it will be here. Great prices, really great staff. Our salesmen reminded me of Paul Rudd. Very likeable. Also really knowledgeable about furniture. Good solid selection and they constantly get new stuff.Update:Very helpful (but never intrusive) salesman very, very patiently helped us find the perfect couches! This was the furniture shopping experience of a lifetime! No upsales or surprises. Nothing shifty. What you see is what you get. Excellent prices too! No extra fancy facility to charge back to your purchase like other places I won't name. Just everything you need. If they don't have it they will order it.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS PLACE. Bad customer service, employees giving wrong information, hostile employees when I asked for corporates number. Customer satisfaction is definitely NOT a top priority for these people. Would not recommend to anyone.

I purchased a very expensive down filled sectional in January 2021. After delivery I realized the couch we received was hard foam filled with zero down. I contacted the store and after a couple attempts finally was in contact with the manager and was told it must’ve been a mistake at manufacturing and that they will have the cushions swapped out for the correct ones. I was told this could take several weeks due to they would have to take the current cushions down to manufacturer and bring correct ones back.Several weeks went by and nothing. I again tried to contact store. After several attempts finally got in touch with someone. I was told because of Covid it might take a few more weeks, which was understandable. Several months go by and nothing. I would periodically call and was never able to reach anyone other than a floor salesman who would say they have no idea and would leave a message for the manager. Several months go by again. I went into the store a couple times and same thing, manager was never around and no one could help, but would leave message.I’ve called several times a month since this happened and I’ve never had a call back from a manager or been able to get in touch with someone who can help. I do plan to take legal action at this point and hoping this review might get the attention of a manager who has been ignoring me for well over a year.
