Austin, the assistant manager, was condescending, snarky, and unhelpful. I have never had worse customer service than at this location. When I called the night before, he snapped at me when I asked about a different game.GameStop customer support told me to bring my receipt into the store for a return in cash. When I arrived I was not greeted by anyone. When I asked them to do the refund, I was told it wouldn’t be possible and I HAD to have it sent through the mail. I am disappointed and disgusted by this experience.

Ive always been a regular here, but service lately has been a major miss. Unfortunately, I think tonight's visit will be the last.The team member who handled my purchase informed me that it was covered under a 7 day warranty. I came back within the hour to return the product, as I found it unneeded. The manager proceeded to argue with me and state that, "No one told you that. I would know. Ive been here all night, Kid," and refused to accept the return.I called the Anderson location, who happily accommodated my return, and had much kinder team members. For those looking for a more professional and honest business, I would take the short drive to the Anderson one.

Took my kid into this store to buy a box of pokemon cards and found out the prices in the store are twice the price of the online app ? asked the employees about it and not 1 of them could look me in the eye and the little guy with long black hair (the Manager) got upset raised his voice and told me to buy it online if I wanted that price? Seems like this store has internal problems (scalping/theft/embezzling?) Mabee gamestop needs to check up on it

GameStop is in a bad place but this store is still plugging along. Can't blame the employees for not looking the happiest when there isn't much to be happy about

So, don't go buy a brand new game for $60+ if you're unsure you'll be satisfied. Tried to bring back one we just got a few days ago and the man said he can't provide us with a full return, we could either get a $30 store discount or $25 in cash. So we walked out. He tried saying since it's no longer shrink wrapped, it wasn't shrink wrapped to begin with. How ridiculous! Only provide us back with 50% or 45% of what we paid. No thank you.

Anytime I ever need anything the employees have always handled it with courtesy and are friendly and helpful. The prices are fair and the value for trades is ok. I definitely recommend and I will be back
