I would like to thank Sandy & Nathan for helping me with my wedding ring issue 2/23/25. I recently had the crown in my ring replaced, which was beautifully done. Due to a finger injury, my ring had to be removed. I am so grateful for their prompt help and kindness. My husband and I have always received excellent customer service and appreciate the beautiful quality of the jewelry.

This place has a beautiful selection of jewelry as well as silver. My boyfriend has bought some very cool pieces of silver with many designs. Some Marvel, DC, Star Wars, dragons, elephants, pandas, and much more. The gentleman who helped us out is very approachable and helpful. Highly recommend getting your silver (or gold) from him. 👌🏼

Me and my wife had the chance to purchase some gold and jewelry from the goldmark recently. We delt with a lot of the staff but mostly with Bill he was just great he had so much knowledge with no high pressure sales . I had first talked to some of those gold coin companies you see on TV. That's a waste of time their all out for just them trying to sell you high priced coins .there is no need to shop anywhere else but locally at the Goldmart bill and everyone are great.

Goldmart is the only place to sell your gold or silver if you actually wanna get something for it. Everywhere else pays way less and the gentleman that buys here knows what he's doing just by look at what you've brought in to try and sell. Overall I believe this is the best place In Redding CA to sell your gold or silver!

Only the facts here. I should have left when management was reprimanding an employee in front of me. Making it awkward to begin with.
Dropped off a pendant to be fixed. I purchased it in the military during Desert Storm in Saudi Arabia 30 years ago. Received a call that the pendant was lost on the East coast. They asked what the value was because they might have to replace it. Taking the emotion away from it, I would say whatever the value of gold is today at the weight you recorded. Not sure how to value the sentimental part or if that is even fair to bring up. I put a deposit down of $100. They have to remake the pendant and will not refund me the $100 until they go through all the insurance processes. I turned the necklace in on 7/10/2024 and was told it would be ready in one month. It is now 10/03/2024 and I'm told they cannot refund me and there is no date on when the new one will be made and no date on when my refund will be processed. I'm beyond frustrated. I would just go elsewhere. I wish I had. Find a shop that cares about its customers and one that would at least give you your deposit back instead of keeping it and putting the burden on the insurance and the customer. Poor management and customer service. I will be sure to spread the word.
I will update this if and when I ever receive my pendant. A birthday and anniversary are passing and I'm unable to gift this back to my spouse. Unreal experience.
UPDATE: Received a call a few months later that they found it and asked if I wanted to buy the new one. No thank you there however, I'm grateful to get my original piece back.

I am a regular customer at the Goldmart and am always very happy with their service, but Bill is off this week and the gal selling the silver upped the premium price on me from $2.00 a coin to $7.00. I was a little surprised because she knows I always pay $2.00. I feel that is bad customer service and will not be back until I can deal with Bill he is awesome!

Awesome service, Kalia went above and beyond to make sure I found the perfect engagement ring. We went back months later to find wedding bands and had great experiences both times.
She makes the process super comfortable and easy and the staff were all helpful and polite. Would recommend anyone in the process of finding jewelry to give them a visit.
