Went in for an appointment with Brock to discuss pricing for having my taxes done this year, walked out with $1000 in savings because of all the missed deductions from last year which my previous filer missed. Brock is the best. He so good at his job. Super fast this year we made his job easier so he was able knock it out park in less time then last year. This our third year with Brock and I won’t go through anyone but Brock. He makes taxes enjoyable to get done since we own a business. Great guy love his outfits.

I have been an H&R Block client for years. We are able to work with the same tax professional each year, who knows my and my wife's tax complex professional situations of being employees and business owners. These guys are completely buttoned up, professional and timely. I will never have my taxes prepared anywhere else but H&R Block

The tax preparer I worked with was very nice, but my overall experience was sub-par. After my previous CPA retiring, I was in search of a new tax filing firm, and HR block came highly recommended. I am used to my CPA taking the time when I drop off my tax documents to check in on my needs/changes that I experienced in the previous year, and be given updates on big changes in the tax world that might affect me. As a brand new client, I was not given a similar experience at all. My tax preparer did not take the time to get to know me or my needs, nor asked me to explain what documents I brought in, they just jumped into filling things out. I also was not consulted at all about what my cost would be to have them file my taxes, so I ended up with the highest tax prep bill I've ever had, and I was also rushed out to door as the next client was waiting. Really unfortunate experience. Will never use HR block again, I would rather find an local, individual CPA to give my money to.

My tax professional Cheryl R. is the go to. She is knowledgeable, friendly, and always has my best interest. Electronic uploads made it easy and fast. I feel confident that I got all my deductions allowed and it is accurate and up to date. Been going to Cheryl/H&R block for more than 5 yrs.
