They should have 5* stars!! They custom make their boots in Washington — by hand!! They are beautiful, well made and comfortable.
Plus, the young lady working there is super nice.

Hands down the best customer service across the PNW bootmakers.
Ellen, the store manager, is amazing. Ordered the wrong size (silly me, I thought I should use my brannock width), and she absolutely rocked getting my exchange set up and my order corrected. I haven't had a chance to actually break in a pair of JKs yet, since this was my first order, but if the boots are half as good as their customer service, I'll be happy indeed.
Ellen, you rock. I'll be a customer for life.

Ellen was awesome. They had the fire boots I needed in stock and in my size! She took extra care making sure they fit properly. I'm looking forward to breaking in a great pair of handmade boots!

Ordered boots just after Christmas was told I’d have by Easter? No updates about boots being delayed called several times can’t get a straight answer. Called again June 12th and was told boots would be shipped the next week and still nothing June 27th. Called again was told boots should be ready to ship out soon. Staff is nice customer service sucks time frame for getting boots and Communication very poor

Excellent customer service, the boots are fantastic as well but for me the main highlight of the purchasing experience was all the help I got from the staff, especially Ellen. Due to purchasing the boots online it took a bit to find the right fit, now I have boots that look and feel excellent, and I really want to thank Ellen for helping me with the process. Really impressed with the company and the customer service.

On November 1st, I had to drive from Santa Rosa to Redding to find wildland boots in stock in my size (I have small but very wide feet). Jared is very knowledgeable, friendly, and helped me pick out boots that would work best for me.The boots in the store were taller than what I wanted so I placed an order and they were delivered to my house by the 7th.
My OT boots are so comfortable and I didn't get a single blister until about the 3rd time I wore them (which was impressive considering the first day was probably around 10 hours of wearing them) where the boots were bending right above my big toes. A month later, I stopped by and Jared assured me this is normal and suggested I use the inserts that came with the boots and use more oil specifically where they are bending to soften them up more.

Went in there the other day to see about a rebuild and the two people that were there were super awesome. They were able to dial in the issue with my current logging boots and helped me plan out what I should do next. Overall great experience, wish they had a store in my home town.
