Very pleased with the whole experience of purchasing furniture from La-Z-Boy. Teresa was just great helping pick out the right fabric to use and the other items that went with the sofa and love seat. Can’t wait for all of it to arrive.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Takes months for an non-special order off the floor as is, and they will not give a refund, they keep kicking the can down the road putting it off on someone else in the store. I suggest people to do what I am going to do and report Lazy Boy to the Consumer Affairs Department of California and the BBB. Do not do business with them. I assume the good reviews are paid employees because I have never had orders that easy from them, but thought I would give them another chance. I will also be reporting this on Tik Tok reviews, for the consumers to see. That was Lazy Boy's last chance.

Great (electric medical) lazy boy. Said it would be a week to delivery, took three weeks.Work great for a couple weeks. Then stopped working. Took many days and many phone calls, said would be a two weeks before they could get a tech there.Tech shows up, drove up from sacramento on a sunday. Said it needed a part and left. So they didnt send a tech to fix it…they sent a guy many hours drive just to ‘ill order the part, itll take 2-3 weeks to arrive’.Part showed up a week later. Had to call them. They are booked out a couple weeks so cant get a tech there (so, at best, 2 weeks after the tech showed up to not fix the chair, 2 weeks after it broke.)So my poor old dad who needs the chair for medical needs, cant use the chair. Giant paperweight taking up space in the room.Nobody there seems to care that their medical devices dont work. Because, ya know, people in need dont actually ‘need’ the medical devices they purchase.And i cant put the part in because it would void the warranty.Stupid. Dont buy from them.
