We have had great experiences here with our young daughter who has needed labs often. My one complaint is they will sometimes close early even if appointments have been scheduled past that time. This happened to me last week. Was a first for us. :(

I came in as a walk in after another lab denied to do my labs and LabCorp was more than accommodating for me! I got in fairly quickly and was treated with kindness! They are a busy lab but the workers are working really hard in there to get everyone in and out.

Tried to Make appointment two phone calls later
And thirty five minutes later. a lady finally came
On ended up telling me that The shop doesn't open on Saturdays when it says it does on the phone. The next time we could get in your office is over seven days later when you can Walk in for same day!!

Absolutely had to come on here and share our experience that we had today. After a traumatic experience at the Anderson LabCorp location earlier in the day, I took my 16 month old daughter in for some urgent allergy bloodwork to this location. From the front desk to the phlebotomists and the supervisor, this staff went above and beyond to ensure that my daughter was comfortable and felt safe while getting her bloodwork done. A public apology to the supervisor who got pinched in the process lol, but if you have any need for Pediatric bloodwork I HIGHLY recommend this location above all! We were the last couple patients in the day and they still took their time to make sure the job was done correctly and patiently, despite my daughter's obvious resistance. I have always come here for myself but will be recommending this location for anyone with children who need bloodwork as well. Thank you for the amazing service!

Came in at 8:45 am, still waiting it's after 10:00, they seem like they are not doing their best to get the patience out very fast, yes they were busy, was staffed with 4 personal. This is the gold street LabCorp

Wife had an appointment for a job drug screening. She is a nurse and really busy with patients so it was important that she made an appointment. She gets there early and the lady "can't remember her password" to log into the computer and no one else is available??? So my wife waits for AN HOUR. The lady gets into the computer just to say they can't help her now. After waiting over an hour and having patients and families wait for my wife she left and got her screening at Lab24. Super unprofessional.

Would be so helpful to tell people how long the wait will be so they can decide if they want to stay. Took 1.5 hours to get my blood draw.

Very poor management, There is no one at the front desk. They don't take people in the order they have checked in. People that checked in after me went first. The staff was rude. I will not go there again.

I get that places are short staffed. But for goodness sakes post the correct location closings and times online. Tried to get labs done today just to be greeted with a sign on the door stating a temporary close SINCE MAY 5TH. do better lab corp it's not like your a corporation and gas is $6 or something.

I will never take my daughter back to lab Corp again. She is only 3 months old and and had to have blood drawn, the lady that drew her blood took the needle out of her arm and stuck it back into her arm! This is the lab Corp in Redding.
