I’ve been getting lash extensions for over a decade. I’ve had several different lash techs in my time getting them done. I went to Steph in a lash emergency and needed to be fit in before I left on a trip with my husband. She fit me in the day before we left on our trip. I was expecting the same amount of lash loss I’d been experiencing with my long term lash tech. I thought I was loosing lashes because something was wrong with me hormonally. Steph took one look at my lashes and said, I think I can make this better for you. Today is five days since I had my lashes done by Steph and I still have 99.9% retention. By this same point with my now previous lash tech, I would have had more like 50% retention. It’s frustrating when you’re spending money on lashes every two weeks just to have them fall out within two days. Not only have I retained the lashes, but they’re one of the best looking sets I’ve ever had. They are quite frankly, perfect. Steph is truly talented at this skill. A master of her craft. I promise you, there are not many of these kinds of lash techs out there. I’ve wasted the money for you to find that out. If you’re like me, and love your face with a good set of lashes…your look for the right lash tech ends with Steph. Book with her!

It was worth the wait to find the right girl! I'm super picky cuz nowadays I don't have unlimited amount of time to recover from failed beauty enhancement???. Her Clean, cozy office made me feel at home. She's so patient with all my questions too I LOVE my lash extensions???️

I had called Elisa last minute for an appt and she was able to squeeze me in while I was here on vacation. However, the day of the appt, I had text her to make sure she had the super long lash size that I use. Sadly, she didn’t. But she was still super professional in giving me a full refund for my appt. Although I didn’t get to use her services, I’m very pleased in how professional she was! Thank you Elisa!

Elisa does an amazing job, my eyelashes always look great whether I am wanting a more dramatic lash or even a natural simple look. This is definitely the place to go! She is very friendly and flexible when it comes to scheduling fills, I highly recommend getting your lashes done by her you will not be disappointed!

Disappointed. I show up 10 minutes early because it was advised to from their website. I waited 2 hours knocking every half hour outside of their door for my appointment and no replies. Called and no replies. In this industry, you keep in contact with your clients. Especially if your are running behind. Don't know what her excuse is but, ladies don't waste your time and money here. Money is time and time is money.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! She did a horrible job!! I gave her a change to fix them. She stopped responding!! My lashes were so short and fell out in a week $150 for a week was ridiculous!!

Just read Wendy's review and as a past client of Stephanie's, have to agree with most of it. Stephanie does a great job and the lashes look fabulous but her people skills are zero.

Stephanie has an impressive web site, but don't let it fool you, because her attitude is condescending, and her prices are outlandishly overpriced. I found Stephanie to be de-meaning, and intimidating, and was surprised to be treated like that as a first time client. The lashes were not that great and started falling out right away. I live in both Redding, and Seattle, WA and have been getting eye lash extensions for years. I go to a senior artist in Seattle that does the exact same volume lashes by Barboleta, but charges about half the price and the lashes look better. Stephanie's tiny shop is almost impossible to find with no signs out front, and when I called and texted her for help, she did not respond. Because I arrived late and explained that I was sorry, etc., she said that detailed instructions were on her web site, and no one gets lost because of how clear she makes it on the site.. (However they are not that visible)...as if I am the only idiot that got lost. When I originally asked questions about her service, she never called and would only text and tell me to read her web site...very strange. Stephanie did not respond to me when I was trying to be nice and make up for being late. My theory is that Stephanie hates working with the public and would rather have a job that keeps her on a computer away from the general public... If I were you, I would find another less expensive place to go, where you'll get better customer service as well as eye lashes that will look better and hold up better.

I have to say that while she does her job professionally, she is withdrawn when it comes to customer care. I indicated to her before we began that I have extremely sensitive eyes when it came to the lash glue. I have had professionals use sensitive eye glue in the past without problems but she would not consider the investment that would take. We tried it her way and I had a major eye irritations. I contacted her right away and was told that maybe I should "layoff" lashes. She never asked to see what was happening with my eyes nor did she care. Just said the investment in the sensitive glue would be too much for her because I would be the only one she would be using it on. At no time did she ask me to come by to see my eyes, suggest i buy the sensitive glue for her to use on me, or for that matter, give me any ideas on how to get out of the pain I was experiencing with this irritation i.e. use benedril, use eye wash, see an eye doctor. If you have sensitive eyes BEWARE if you go to her: you will get NO CARE if you have a problem. I attest only to MY experience with lashd lounge.
