“Love this place and the owner(s). Anthony is great. Selection and products are great. Prices are very fair, even for the allocated stuff like Pappy and MaCallan. I don’t buy my bourbon or MaCallan (only scotch I actually like, and it has to be 18 year or older) anywhere BUT here unless there’s too good of a deal elsewhere on Pappy 23 or MaCallan 30 that they can’t match for some reason. My fave place acquire bottles for my collection, for sure.”
“Gold hills is, bar none, the nicest 18 hole course in Redding, CA. Full driving range, well maintained, and beautifully executed. Beyond that, the staff here is incredible. I took a set of lessons with Jeff Thomason and I couldn’t be happier. I’m new to golf so there is plenty to correct. The lessons are 30 mins long, and Jeff utilizes every second so the value is incredible. Following his direction and practicing his drills have already fixed a multitude of my bad habits, and I am super thankful for his expertise, and his ability to quickly identify exactly where a golfer could use improvement. All in all this course is about as good as it gets for the north state. If you haven’t played here, you’re missing out. Time to go practice. Thanks again Jeff!”

“Great and convenient location! The owner is very kind, friendly, and welcoming, and the selection is top notch. Plus both the outside and the inside is tidy and clean, which definitely can't be said about other stores in the area. They sometimes even have a delicious Mediterranean food truck outside and you won't want to miss it. This is one of the few places that I'll drive out of my way to go. Highly recommend.”

“Just had one of the best sandwiches in Redding from Raley’s deli, and I’ve got to say… they nailed it. Fresh bread that was soft but held everything together perfectly, meats sliced just right, and the toppings tasted super fresh—crisp lettuce, juicy tomatoes, and the right amount of crunch from the pickles. The flavors all came together like it was made with extra care, not just thrown together.
What I really like is how customizable it is—you can load it up or keep it simple, and either way you’re walking out with a solid, filling sandwich that feels like it was made just for you. Honestly, it’s a hidden gem for a quick lunch or dinner option, and way better than most of the chain sandwich spots around town.
Raley’s in Redding—definitely earning my go-to spot for a deli sandwich fix. ??”
