I've been trying to reach the service advisor and have only been able to leave voicemails. I've never gotten a return call. I was waiting for a call that my parts for a TSB had arrived but never heard back.

I feel that Lithia is very service oriented and I appreciate Rich’s personable approach. He did accidentally over charge me and if. I had not mentioned it I would have over paid by 50 dollars. I would not have said anything if he had caught the error. Brakes have been squeaky. I had meant to call Rich about that I would appreciate a response about the noisy brakes. Thank you!
