Dear Logan's Roadhouse Management,I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the recent experience I had at your establishment on Easter Sunday. While the food and service were satisfactory, there were some concerning observations that I feel compelled to address.Upon arrival, I was greeted by a friendly waitress who informed me that the only available seating was in the bar area. I agreed to be seated there, but what struck me as odd was the interaction I had with the manager, Tim. He approached me and directed me to a section on the left side of the bar, away from the main dining area.As I sat there, I couldn't help but notice that ten customers who arrived after me and who happened to be Caucasian were seated in the main dining area without any intervention from the manager. However, I was taken aback when a Hispanic family walked in and were promptly seated in the same section as me. This pattern made me question the fairness and equality in the seating arrangements.I want to emphasize that the server assigned to my table was exceptional, and the quality of the food was satisfactory. However, the actions of Manager Tim reflected poorly on both his staff and the experience of every minority customer who had the misfortune of dining at your establishment.In a diverse and inclusive society, it is crucial for businesses to ensure equal treatment and opportunities for all customers. Discrimination, whether intentional or not, should never be tolerated. I urge you to address this matter promptly and take appropriate measures to ensure that all customers are treated fairly and respectfully, regardless of their race or ethnicity.I hope that my feedback will be taken seriously and that necessary steps will be taken to rectify this situation. Food was not good at all. Burgers were dry and fries were cold. What really topped it was when we went to pay they tacked on at least 7% credit card charhe when sign read 2% credit card charge. Therefor they tried to make us pay the cost of our food and beverages, then sales tax and then an additional 7% on top of that. Then when we called her out on it she said, "Let me get my manager I have no answers for u". Manager came over and it took them an additional 10 mins to figure it out. I highly recommend looking at your bill before paying at this location.

So me and the wife went there for dinner. Not that busy. A couple people ahead of us. Another couple came in after us. They totally skipped us and went straight to them after being told that we got there first and they proceeded to take the couple and made us wait longer. We did not even try it. We left. I did call them and the manager got back to me. Was willing to give me a $25 discount. Honestly I probably won't go back after that.

I don't complain in restaurants. Especially with a Google guide rating this high?... But tonight I got the most expensive steak on the menu. The Logan's porterhouse. I asked for a medium rare steak, I received a medium well- well done steak. Now like a said I don't like to complain, but I thought perhaps I had spoken wrong so I asked the waitress if this was MY steak as I was almost certain I said medium rare? She agreed I had said that , looked down at my steak, and was immediately taken back at the extreme over cook on this steak. I did not want to wait for another 25 mins for a new steak. I opted to eat it. The waitress was so nice she comped my meal without me asking stating , "you did not even eat it I feel horrible and I'm so sorry." 100% not her fault! Great service by the F.O.H crew! However this low rating is strictly for the fact that steakhouse needs to know how to cook a damn steak right! I mean really? Really? Steakhouse is in the name. It's not a fancy steakhouse so I am not even being overly harsh. I can't even say it was right for the money. I can't say it's good. I paid the tab for 5 people and was thinking that it was fair , but the huge tip was strictly for the waitress! Update: 35 mins for a order of rolls that I had ordered online 25 mins before that!! Super trash here

I ordered the stroganoff when it arrived to my table it was cold to the touch not cool seriously cold. Couldn't get the waitress attention for 30 minutes eventually she came over and agreed to comp the cold plate but it ruined our anniversary dinner paid for the rest of the food and left to never

We should have stopped at the starters. Took our friends to Logans Redding CA for their 45th wedding anniversary and spent over $180 only to leave wanting. The starters, the angry pickles and the calamari were really good as was the dips. We couldn't wait for our dinners. The buns were awful...just gummy and sweet...also hard. The service was extremely slow even though it was at 4pm on a Saturday, NOT a Friday evening.. The restaurant was not full at all. We waited for the server to return to ask about more drinks, but we had to finally go up to the bar to request more beer as the server never came back. The salad, cant remember the name.. .it was quite forgettable...came with a 'cilantro-lime' dressing but it was more like 1000 island. Very disappointing. The extremely over-priced 16oz steak was mostly of fat and sinews, horrible and chewy. Also, the music was super loud and the overhead lighting was also bad; we needed visors. We will not return.

Very disappointed it smelled horrible as soon as we walked in like a sewage leak or something it was awful. Our waitress didn't hear our whole order, and missed my baked potato with my steak. The steak was very hard on the outside, and the plate was super plain 6 onlon rings and a steak no presentation. The waitress didn't ask my husband how he wanted his burger and it came out raw.
