So when it came time to smoke up some tri-tips for my father-in-law's 87th birthday celebration I picked up three large tri-tips from their meat counter. They absolutely did not disappoint! “I bought the apple chicken sausage, and it was delicious!!!!! Sweet and savory!!!
It was perfect for breakfast, paired with eggs and toast.
As a main course for supper it was perfect paired with summer squash and onions.
Can’t wait to go back and get some more.
