I had a problem with my car that nobody could diagnose. However, Charles @ Midas found the problem and repaired it in a timely fashion. Daniel and Charles were both professional, efficient and friendly. I am soooo happy!

Absolutely amazing customer service! The Midas staff is always honest and provides clear communication of what is needed for vehicile repairs. They are honest and straightforward and accurate with their vehicle repairs, and what is needed for the next steps for any other future repairs. Unlike other repair service companies, Midas does not accrue hidden fees or unwanted repairs. I highly recommend requesting Doug or Daniel as they are knowledgeable, kind, and absolutely amazing people to work with. Thank you, Midas crew for ensuring the safety of my vehicle for my family!

?I am very impressed with my experience at Redding Midas! They recently took care of some major repairs on my car. I was impressed with how quickly they got me in and got the job done. They were very fair even though the job was challenging with lots of corrosion. The mechanics are clearly very experienced and skilled. I really appreciated the clear communication and their effort to make the repairs as low cost as possible.
