I saw Shay for a haircut..BIG MISTAKE. I brought in a picture of what I wanted and my hair doesn't look remotely close to the photo and it wasn't cut evenly. she chopped my hair after discussing the fact that I wanted to grow it out! She knew I wasn't happy when I left, didn't apologize or even reach out after to try and correct it.

Always happy with my haircuts here. Don't tell anyone, but Dani is the best. She's booked out at least a few weeks, because she's worth the wait. Go over to booksy and find a spot on her calendar, you won't regret it. Everyone in this studio is friendly, it's always clean and just a great experience.

Got my hair done here not to long ago, the environment is lovely and the people working there are so nice. I got my haircut by a girl named Shay, and she did a wonderful job. I have thick curly hair and it's always been hard to find a place where it could be done right, so I'll definitely be coming back. I highly recommend this place!Service: Haircut

I have been seeing Lisa well over 6+ years, minus the 2 years we were gone and even then I would schedule my appointment in conjunction with our visits here. We were able to relocate back to Redding and I am still so very happy with the service, she is especially good with fine, thin hair, excellent cuts!!! Just love her great positive attitude and winning heart!!!

Poor customer service. I called on a Thursday to make an appointment and left a voicemail. The following Saturday I looked them up and sent an email. The following Tuesday, crickets.......

Horrible customer service. I make an appointment with one stylist she hurts herself and tells me we will have to reschedule. No problem but she took forever to respond when trying to reschedule. Don't even get to reschedule because she said she can't come back to work until she gets a MRI but doesn't give me any other options to reschedule or schedule with another stylist. I contact another hairdresser in the salon. She responds saying she is taking clients and what I would like. I respond with pictures and info about my hair. She never responds. I wait a couple days and message her again. She never responds.

A friend recommended this place and it had good reviews so I decided to try it out. I was able to get in pretty quickly with Lacey. When she shampooed my hair it was divine. She gave a really good scalp massage. For the cut I was feeling a bit ambivalent and she didn't get much direction from me, despite that the cut is absolutely perfect and I will definitely be returning. As for the person who mentioned the lighting trick that supposedly made her hair look better, it's not a fancy light. I walked past it in the lobby. It's a ring light. I have one for my phone. Nothing special about it.
